Research On The Function Of Community Social Work In Community Construction

In recent years,In recent years,the "community building" concept,a new community practice,has continuously entered the public view.At the same time,"community building" also serves as a new model of community practice to promote the innovation of community practices in the mainland.The focus of this study is:What kind of functions does community social work play in the community governance practice?From the perspective of social work,this article takes the community construction activities in the Confucius Temple area with strong characteristics and operability as examples to analyze the practical activities of community social work service teams composed of professional social workers in community building.The actual functional utility in community building.Summarize the experience of community social work in support of community building activities,and finally explore the function of community social work in community building.After an empirical investigation of the community community building activities in the Confucius Temple community,the author found the following findings:First,community social work fully explores the strength of residents in the community-building activities of the community and mobilizes residents to participate in community activities extensively.Second,community social workers use professional "liquid roles"to grasp the needs of community building activities,taking into account the awakening of community awareness among community residents,innovation and transformation of community culture,the cultivation and development of community self-organization,and democratic self-governance of communities.In the four aspects of democratic consultation,we are committed to building a close social and psychological relationship between the residents and the community environment,residents and residents.In this process,community social work has demonstrated the function of mobilizing residents to participate widely,promoting the recognition of community culture,fostering organizations to enhance service functions,and optimizing the governance of diversified communities.Third,in the community-based practical activities,we must not only focus on the actual needs of the community,but also consider the local development factors and characteristics of the community in order to better promote the sustainable development of community health and promote community social work to play a greater role in the community.
