As early as the beginning of the 20 th century,the moral education of the researchers,led by Piaget and Kohlberg,through clinical trials have been carried out on the stage of children’s moral development;in 21 st century,the field of preschool through promulgated a series of major documents established the important position of moral education in the pre-school stage,relying on the children’s literature such as the fairy tales for moral education become an important proposition.However,in the process of actual observation and data access,the author found the current kindergarten’s moral education mode is conservative,the moral education has not been accepted by the first-line workers on the basis of fairy tales and other forms of entertainment and the relevant research is scarce.Based on the above background,this study,on the one hand,elaborates the relevant research results of fairy tale and kindergarten moral education on the theoretical level,and demonstrates the unique value of fairy tale in kindergarten morality education.On the other hand,rely on qualitative research methods,through to the kindergarten teachers to interview to collect and analyze related information,reveals the current problems in moral education as the carrier of the kindergarten in fairy tales and the reasons and put forward effective education try to according to the suggestion.Based on the analysis of the nursery teacher interviews found that the kindergarten teachers know little about fairy tales,subject choice low relatively and the implementation process was rigid.To be specific,teachers’ awareness of the lightheartedness is reflected in teachers’ awareness of fairy tales,kindergarten morality education and the use of fairy tales in kindergarten morality education.The selection of the theme of the theme is lower than that of the teacher in choosing the fairy tale.The implementation process is relatively rigidly embodied in the method of moral education adopted by teachers.The moral education process ignores the emotional experience of children and the fairy tale elements are rarely extended in other fields.In view of the problems in kindergarten morality education based on fairy tales,this paper puts forward Suggestions from three aspects: one is to improve teachers’ understanding of fairy tale and moral education.It can be carried out by encouraging teachers to learn autonomously,strengthen continuous education and combine theory with practice.Secondly,based on moral education reality,the choice of fitness theme.Suggestions kindergarten give teachers to choose fairy tale,improve pertinence of moral education,teachers to increase theirown fairy tale reserves at the same time,accurate mining fairy tale theme of moral education,pay attention to the development and utilization of folk and fairy tale fairy tale home to cultivate children’s traditional virtue;Finally,we should innovate the way of the activities and expand the use of fairy tales.Specific implementation Suggestions including teachers according to different levels of preschool age characteristics to carry out moral education activities,and provide practice chance to inspire children’s fairy tale emotional resonance,broaden its application domain to integrate a variety of moral education.
