Learning motivation plays an extremely important role in learning direction,learning process and learning effect,and even has a profound influence on students' personality and psychological development.Solving the problem of students' learning motivation can also solve many other behavioral problems of students and promote their more comprehensive and sustainable development.High school stage is the golden period of career exploration,which enables students to fully explore themselves and the world,link their current learning behavior with their future life,and give meaning to the difficulties they face,so that students can gain learning motivation.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of high school students' learning motivation,and then to verify whether the self-designed career group counseling has a positive intervention effect on high school students' learning motivation.Research content is divided into two parts: the first part,from the NO.14 middle school in wuhan city,hubei province of high grade class four different type level of 210 students learning motivation diagnostic test test,through the 205 valid questionnaire data research and analysis the present situation of high school students learning motivation,and some of the relationship between demographic variables,The second part,write to improve career group counseling program for high school students learning motivation,screening process of research subjects in the experimental group to intervene,through lasted more than two months after 8 times mass of auxiliary,carried out after the measurement,data processing,using SPSS17.0 analysis to explore the counseling intervention effect of learning motivation.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The learning motivation level of high school students is medium,and the learning motivation of self-responsibility,knowledge learning scene of success motivation and promoting tension of test anxiety are strong,while the learning motivation of skill learning scene and social capital scene of success motivation is weak.(2)There are gender differences in high school students' learning motivation.In sports field,girls are significantly higher than boys.In terms of skills,male students were significantly higher than female students.There is a significant difference in the learning motivation of high school students whether they are only children or not.In terms of skills,the non-only children are significantly higher than the only children.There are significant differences in learning motivation among high school students from different places of origin.In terms of avoiding failure,students from rural areas are significantly lower than those from urban areas,which is a reverse scoring factor,indicating that students from rural areas have significantly higher motivation in this aspect than those from urban areas.There is a significant difference in the learning motivation of high school students whether they are student cadres or not.In terms of success motivation,non-student cadres are significantly higher than student cadres,especially in the knowledge learning scene.There are significant differences in learning motivation among senior high school students with different mothers' occupations and education levels.(3)the career counseling is effective to improve high school students learning motivation,embodied in: in the experimental group and control group after learning motivation total value extremely significant difference,the experimental group and control group before and after the successful motivation measure value has very significant difference,in scenes of success motivation skills,sports scene,social life appear significant differences,and the experimental group before and after the test value is higher than the control group.After the intervention,the post-test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the pre-test score,and there were significant differences in the total score of learning motivation,success motivation,skill scene,social life scene and promotion stress dimension.The posttest scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there were significant differences in success motivation,skill scene,sports scene,social life scene and learning motivation.
