As a part of education,private secondary vocational schools have provided a large number of skilled and artisan talents for China’s socialist construction.At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s economy,private secondary vocational schools have been growing and growing.However,because of many unreasonable policy settings or inadequate implementation,it also plagued the development of private secondary vocational schools.The article focuses on the overall analysis of the existing problems in the development policy of private secondary vocational schools in Luzhou,and draws the common features of the relevant policies of the private secondary vocational schools in Luzhou,and puts forward the research results that have reference value to the development policy of civilian run secondary vocational schools in Luzhou.For the theoretical and practical basis,private schools deepen their understanding of their own development.This article uses theoretical research,interview,questionnaire,policy analysis and comparative study.It divides into four chapters from different aspects to analyze the development policy of private secondary vocational schools in Luzhou.The first chapter expounds the source and significance of the topic,and leads to the overall framework and research of the full text through the discussion.The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts of the research on the development policy of private secondary vocational schools and the theories involved in the research.The third chapter introduces the development policy of the private secondary vocational schools in Luzhou and analyzes the extension of the development policy of the State Council and the secondary vocational schools in our province and the public,that is,the formulation and implementation of the policy.The fourth chapter is to elaborate several shortcomings of the development policy of private secondary vocational school in our city,which covers three denouns of non standard,single,and mechanism missing.In order to understand the common problems of the development of the private secondary vocational schools,the fifth chapter is further optimized through the guidance of the former and the practice.To improve the policies of private secondary vocational schools in Luzhou,the improvement mechanism is put forward from the perspectives of policy construction,policy guidance and implementation.On the basis of the related literature of the private secondary vocational education policy,the author mainly adopts the theoretical approach and closely combines with the actual situation of the development of Luzhou.Collecting detailed and accurate information reflects the current development policy of private secondary vocational schools in Luzhou.This article applies the contents of statistics,management and other disciplines,and makes full use of other related knowledge,multi angle analysis and suggestions: first,the necessary organizational security and regulation of laws and regulations;two is the necessary human resource conditions and relevant regulation and regulation;three is the necessary supervision and management and regulation of relevant laws and regulations;four It is necessary for social support and regulation of relevant laws and regulations.
