In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the deepening of China’s economic and social reforms,the increasing opening up of the outside world,and the rapid development of Internet technology,the world’s cultural exchanges have become more and more frequent,it is particularly necessary to strengthen cultural self-confidence.As the subject of cultural self-confidence,junior high school students’attitude towards culture is related to the future of the country and nation.At the same time,cultural self-confidence is also a need for the comprehensive development of junior high school students.As a junior high school curriculum,moral and rule of law courses carry the missions of junior high school students to form correct cultural values and establish cultural self-confidence.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate junior high school students’ cultural self-confidence in moral and legal course teaching.Based on the above considerations,this paper puts forward the subject of "Cultivating and researching the cultural self-confidence of junior middle school students in moral and rule of law curriculum teaching".Taking Xi Jinping’s view of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics as the starting point in the new era,this article adheres to the Marxist theory of free and comprehensive development of human beings and supports modern cognitive learning theory.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study,this paper investigates and studies the cultivation of junior high school students’ cultural self-confidence in moral and rule of law course teaching.This paper selected 5 different types of junior high school students and teachers in a district of Taizhou to conduct questionnaires and interviews.Indepth investigation of junior high school students’ knowledge of cultural self-confidence,the cultivation of junior high school students’ cultural self-confidence in moral and rule of law courses,and the cultivation of junior high school students’ cultural self-confidence in the teaching of moral and rule of law courses,and the problems in the cultivation of junior high school students’cultural self-confidence in moral and rule of law courses.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the reasons from the perspective of teachers,students,course materials,and examination systems,we will improve teachers’ cultural literacy,enhance students’ ability to identify,integrate various cultural resources,and improve curriculum development capabilities.Coordinate the relationship between examination-oriented education and cultural self-confidence,attach importance to the unification of classroom teaching and practice,and put forward specific countermeasures.In addition,this article based on the subject teaching practice,in combination with the moral and rule of law curriculum teaching to strengthen junior high school students in the practice of culture confidence cultivation strategy,through the demonstration of the overall classroom teaching process to analyze in detail how to cultivate junior high school students cultural self-confidence.This article aims at the group characteristics of "junior high school students",from the perspective of junior high school students and cultural self-confidence and moral and rule of law curriculum teaching and cultural self-confidence,based on teaching practice,This paper investigates the cultivation of the cultural self-confidence of middle school students in the current moral and rule of law curriculum teaching,and then analyzes the coping strategies.
