An Exploration Of "precise Poverty Alleviation" From The Perspective Of Sociology

The problem of poverty has always been a social problem that afflicts countries around the world.In 2013,the Chinese government proposed a precise poverty alleviation strategy,which is different from the previous poverty alleviation governance model.Through years of practical experience in poverty alleviation,it is clear that the governance of poverty is not only the completion of economic indicators,but also the characteristics of diversification,deepness and individuality in social development.From the perspective of sociology,we comprehensively examine the issue of poverty.In fact,the issue of poverty is a comprehensive social issue covering economic,social,educational,demographic,ideological,cultural,and psychological fields.People's own anti-poverty status is also an indispensable factor in the implementation of precise poverty alleviation.The interaction between different factors is crucial to the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation.Parsons pointed out that any action system is to achieve its own development under the interaction of the external environment and the internal environment.Accurate poverty alleviation is a complex action system,a subsystem in the social system,and it is constantly evolving through the interaction between internal factors and the external environment.Taking Kedong County in Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper combines the literature,collecting relevant materials,field research and interview methods on the Internet,and combines the practice and effectiveness of precise poverty alleviation in Kedong County under the theoretical analysis framework of the AGIL model of Parson Land.To analyze the structural function of Kedong County's precision poverty alleviation,and analyze the problems of Kedong County's adaptive poverty alleviation adaptive function,target achievement function,integration function,and mode maintenance function,and find out the cause of the problem,according to Kedong County.In concrete terms,the strategy of promoting accurate poverty alleviation can provide a sociological perspective for comprehensively understanding poverty alleviation.At the same time,it complements and perfects the implementation process of precision poverty alleviation,and then provides an effective strategy for promoting precision poverty alleviation.It provides reference for the development of precision poverty alleviation in other regions.The full text consists of five parts.First,the introduction.It mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas,methods and innovations and deficiencies;Second,the definition of poverty alleviation related concepts and basic theories;Third,the use of Parsons AGIL model to analyze the current situation of precise poverty alleviation in Kedong County Fourth,the predicament and causes of accurate poverty alleviation in Kedong County;Fifth,applying the AGIL model of Parsons,the precise poverty alleviation in Kedong County from four aspects: adaptation function,goal achievement function,integration function and potential mode maintenance function Effectively promote the provision of coping strategies.
