With the rapid development of China's economy and society,people's working and living styles have undergone earth-shaking changes.The release of "national fitness plan" promotes more and more people to become sports population.The increasing demand of consumers for fitness leads to the larger consumption market of gyms.Going to the gym has also become part of people's lifestyle.Based on the current operation situation of gyms in chengdu,this paper finds out the demands of gyms consumers and the supply and input of gyms operators by studying the marketing means and operating costs of gyms in chengdu.Through the analysis of the components of the profit model of the gym to find the internal links between the elements,and through the analysis of the profit model of the gym through the profit chain formed by the demander and the supplier under the role of the market.This paper mainly uses the knowledge of statistics,economics,marketing,psychology,sports industry and other research methods,such as literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,and comprehensive analysis,to study the related problems of profit model of gymnasium in Chengdu.Through questionnaires and on-site interviews with consumers and operators of gyms in Chengdu,this paper combs the basic status and problems of gym operation in Chengdu,summarizes the profit model of gyms in Chengdu,and explores its constituent elements,so as to provide analysis reference and operation for investors and operators of gym operators in Chengdu.Use for reference.The The results show that the main way of running gyms in Chengdu is sales.Chengdu gymnasium operators sell gymnasium membership cards,online "group purchase concessions",offline "group purchase concessions",Weixin,Weibo,QQ for online marketing,"veteran member sales",coach sales,promotion sales,"celebrity effect" sales,sales of "characteristic courses" and other marketing means to make gymnasium fitness clothing products and fitness supplies comprehensive.Publicity and promotion of sales,to meet consumer needs while maximizing their own interests.Through interviewing 20 gyms in Chengdu,the profit-loss ratio of gyms is 3:1.The problems existing in the operation of Gymnasiums in Chengdu City are as follows:large mobility of membership consultants,great mobility of coaches,serious loss of old members,blind price reduction leading to low-price and inferior competition,simplification of traditional management mode without innovation,investment and operation without adequate pre-market investigation,no differentiation in the face of fierce market competition,and blind imitation of market conditions resulting invicious competition.Contradictions between partners and shareholders lead to divergence,weak creative execution leads to loss of potential consumers,and operators do not fully accept the new mode of operation.The core competitiveness of the gym in Chengdu is the professionalism of the gym coach,the service quality of the gym,the fitness room decoration environment,the characteristic courses of the gym,the reputation of the gym and the fitness atmosphere of the gym.Chengdu gymnasium profit model is mainly group purchase model,sales model,chain franchise model.The main factors affecting the construction of Chengdu gymnasium profit model are the size of gymnasium,the consumption level of gymnasium consumers,and the vicious competition of gymnasium peers.
