Outdoor activities are a sport that can effectively improve the health of young people.The demand for outdoor activities clubs in Chengdu is increasing.However,the satisfaction of young people in Chengdu’s outdoor activities clubs on service provision and operation management is still To be investigated.Guided by the theory of customer satisfaction,this paper uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to study the satisfaction of Chengdu youth participation in outdoor activities clubs,and obtains the satisfaction factors through the structural equation model.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Participating in the youth outdoor activities club family,parents are mostly undergraduate education,family monthly income is more than 8,000-15,000 yuan;youth participation in outdoor activities club frequency is more than 2 times / month,the main consumption method is secondary card Consumption.2.Households with different educational levels have significant differences in the two dimensions of customer satisfaction,perceived quality and safety(P<0.05),and the higher the score of consumers with higher education;the families with different monthly incomes For brand image and perceived quality,tangibleness was not significant(P>0.05).There is a correlation between sports consumption and brand image,expected quality,perceived quality,value perception,customer satisfaction and loyalty.3.The overall service needs of Chengdu Outdoor Activities Club need to be improved,and the factors affecting the satisfaction of young people participating in outdoor activities clubs are perceived quality,perceived value,expected quality and brand image.4.Improving customer perceived quality should be the focus of improving satisfaction.By broadening the product attributes of outdoor activities courses;improving the environment and improving service quality;establishing effective communication mechanisms,improving the service process;optimizing publicity strategies and rationally guiding youth participation to improve satisfaction.
