School-based curriculum,together with national curriculum and local curriculum,is a beneficial supplement to national and local curriculum.It is also one of the important contents of basic education curriculum reform in China.From the perspective of school development,the smooth development of school-based curriculum is crucial to the connotation development of a school.Important decisive role.At present,school-based curriculum development has attracted much attention from the formulation of indicators for monitoring the modernization of education in Jiangsu Province and the internal driving force of the development of the first-line schools themselves.Especially in the primary stage,whether from the characteristics of students' age,or from the school's development orientation,school-based curriculum development not only meets the development needs of school characteristics,but also meets the needs of students' personalized growth.However,due to many reasons,there are still great differences in the development of primary school-based curriculum at this stage,and there are still many deficiencies in the curriculum itself.It is urgent for us to summarize and analyze and put forward feasible strategies.Local culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,with unique regional characteristics and identification,contains extremely rich educational resources,is the blood and gene of the Chinese nation's cultural heritage.With the advancement of urbanization,local culture has gradually lost its material foundation and relatively stable rural population,so the inheritance of local culture has great uncertainty.At the same time,with the flow of labor resources,the regional population structure has also undergone a more obvious change,the "new citizen" group has risen,their children from the original "native" to the new "native",and some even born in the new "native",they and their parents of the "local culture" produced a fault,with one.The "local culture" living directly in it lacks a bridge of integration,therefore,the primary school stage of the "local culture" inheritance or even rescue is particularly important.Starting with the definition of "school-based curriculum development in primary schools based on local culture",this paper interprets the significance of "school-based curriculum development in local culture".Combining with the existing literature,this paper combs out the dilemma or problems in the development of school-based curriculum of local culture in academic research.At the same time,this paper selects Wuxi L Primary School Wu Culture School-based Curriculum as a case,investigates the various links in the school-based curriculum development of Wu Culture,and combines the relevant theory for case analysis,focusing on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the development process of local culture school-based curriculum of Wuxi L Primary School,and puts forward some suggestions and targeted strategies.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the study,the research review,the research ideas and methods,and the research innovation.The second part is the rational thinking of school-based curriculum development in primary schools based on local culture,defines the core concepts,expounds the characteristics,elements and educational value of local culture,and expounds the concept of school-based curriculum development.The basic principles and operation steps are described.The third part is the survey of the school-based curriculum development of Wuxi L primary school local culture.The fourth part is the case analysis,the fifth part is the introduction of optimization strategy.The development of school-based curriculum based on local culture will promote the integration of the unique curriculum resources enjoyed by schools.At the same time,through the reconstruction and reorganization of the curriculum,these resources will play their greatest educational effect.Primary school-based curriculum development based on local culture will inevitably encounter constraints and influences of various factors because of its differences in areas and school foundations.Schools should constantly optimize the process and content of school-based curriculum development,find ways and strategies to overcome adverse factors,so as to make the development of local culture school-based curriculum truly help.The individualized growth of students and the development of school characteristics.
