The new era,new development,and the cultivation of students' core literacy in teaching are the focus of the new curriculum reform.For this reason,it is necessary to change the disadvantages of one-way infusion and mechanical acceptance in teaching to promote students' active learning and promote teachers' professional development,so the reform of teaching methods is the key to breakthrough in the reform of basic education curriculum.Although the concept of the new curriculum reform is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,it is difficult to be put into practice by frontline teachers because of the country's macro education goals.Core literacy refines the new curriculum concept and establishes the literacy requirements of each discipline.Therefore,how to promote the transformation of teaching methods consciously,actively and creatively in the biology department based on the cultivation of core literacy of the discipline remains to be further studied.This research was based on the "Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",with reference to the core literacy index system of biology,and profoundly explores the changes in teaching methods from both theoretical and practical aspects.This study firstly used the literature analysis method to sort out the basic theories and research frameworks related to the teaching methods.Then,using questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,the current situation of high school biology teaching methods has been investigated since the implementation of the new curriculum reform.According to the survey results.At present,the progress of high school biology teaching methods lies in "transfer concept,heavy subject","transfer mode,redesign",but there are still problems in teaching methods,teacher quality,core literacy,and teacher role.On the basis of the survey,the main types of high school biology teaching methods in the context of the new curriculum are summarized.Then,a variety of and compound teaching methods are applied to specific cases,and the curriculum design of high school biology under the core literacy perspective is emphasized.The selection and application of teaching methods are emphasized,and preliminary in the high school of the educational internship.Finally,through the comparison of the test results of the experimental class and the control class after the implementation of the lesson,and the evaluation of the students by the students and teachers,combined with the case study,put forward suggestions for the operability based on the core literacy teaching methods of biology: Abandon the implementation of the classroom,innovative learning methods;stop knowledge indoctrination,improve teaching methods;end static teaching,lead active learning;put an end to paper on the soldiers,advocate repeated practice;change the role of teachers,reconstruct teacher-student relationship.
