a good education;continue to improve the status of teachers,so that teachers truly become an enviable career.The construction of the teaching staff is inseparable from the teachers.The attention of the teachers should be based on the professional identity of the teachers.Therefore,strengthening the research on the professional identity of teachers is a positive response to the national policy.In recent years,the research on teachers' professional identity has gradually increased: the number of research methods has increased,and the scope of research has expanded;through different research contents and different research stages,it has responded to the recognition of teachers' occupation in China.However,as far as the current research is concerned,there are relatively many studies on universities and middle schools,but there are few studies on primary school teachers;there are many studies on teachers in other subjects,and there are few studies on sports subjects.Primary school physical education teachers who are the starting point of basic education and cultivate the quality of students' will have not received corresponding attention because of their important role.Therefore,the author chooses the professional identity of primary school physical education teachers to conduct research;teacher professional identity is a large research field.In this regard,this paper selects the professional identity of primary school physical education teachers in Jianyang City as the research object,conducts exploratory research,and reveals the physical education teacher of Jianyang Primary School.The level of professional identity.This paper analyzes and discusses the five dimensions of professional identity of physical education teachers in Jianyang City and the characteristics of different population variables through interviews,field investigation methods and mathematical statistics.The results show that: 1.The professional identity of physical education teachers in Jianyang City is generally at a high level,which is consistent with the results of domestic scholars.Among the dimensions of professional identity,the highest scores of input and recognition are the lowest.The influence of gender differences on the occupational identity differences of primary school PE teachers in Jianyang City is as follows: the total score of female physical education teachers' professional identity is higher than that of male physical education teachers;in the five dimensions of professional identity,the male physical education teachers' ability identification is higher than female sports.Teachers,the other four dimensions are lower than female physical education teachers.3.The influence of different teaching ages onthe difference of occupational identity of primary school PE teachers in Jianyang City is as follows: the physical education teachers with 5 years of teaching age and below have a professional identity of more than 6-15 years old,but less than 16-25 years old and 25 years old.The professional identity of physical education teachers;in the five dimensions of teacher professional identity,the ability identification is expressed as that the physical education teachers below 5 years of teaching are larger than the other 3 groups of physical education teachers.4.The higher the degree of education,the lower the professional identity.5.Physical education teachers with third-level titles are higher than physical education teachers with second-level titles and physical education teachers with first-level titles.The overall score of vocational identity of urban primary school physical education teachers is higher than that of township primary school physical education teachers;among them,the primary school physical education teachers in urban primary school physical education teachers are higher than the township physical education teachers in terms of ability identification,emotional identification and input identification,and the township primary school physical education teachers are higher in value identification and continuous identification.Yucheng District Physical Education Teacher.Finally,the special problems of the physical education teachers in Jianyang Primary School were analyzed,and the suggestions for improving the professional identity of the primary school PE teachers in Jianyang City were put forward.1.Seize the opportunity to continue to enhance the professional identity of primary school PE teachers in Jianyang City.2.Improve the professional identity of teachers according to the differences in the characteristics of different demographic variables.
