Professional identity refers to the recognition and acceptance of a major formed in the process of professional learning on the basis of students;understanding and recognition of all aspects of their major,and their active attitude and behavior are put into professional learning and exploration,and they are willing to engage in professional-related professions.Professional identity is the deep instruction to guide students' behavior and the internal foundation of their mobilization.Professional identity is the internal basis of students' professional learning and development.The higher the degree of students' professional identity,the better the effect of professional learning,and the higher the sense of professional value and acquisition.The major of primary education in normal universities is to train basic teachers with advanced educational concepts and teaching methods that meet the requirements of the times.In the future,high-quality and high-level teachers who can engage in primary school teachers' profession will be trained.Most of the students will invest in the profession of primary school teachers in the future and become an important force of national basic education.For students majoring in primary education,professional identity is the inherent foundation and inexhaustible strength of students' professional learning and professional development.To a large extent,it is the key for them to change from students to teachers and the basis for them to actively deal with future teaching work.It is of far-reaching significance to stimulate and maintain a strong sense of professional identity for a long time,which will have an important impact on professional training and teaching activities after students teach.Therefore,discussing the status of students' professional identity in primary education will open up a new perspective for promoting the development of teacher education theory,improve the quality of students' learning,enhance the competitiveness of students in this major,and in a sense,play an important reference value for the development and construction of primary education specialty.Focusing on the subject of professional identity of undergraduates majoring in primary education in normal universities,this study takes several normal universities in Shandong Province as an example to conduct an investigation and research.The specific contents include the following parts:The introduction part of this paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas andmethods.The first chapter mainly elaborates the basic theory of professional identity of undergraduates majoring in primary education.Firstly,the author distinguishes the concepts of professional identity and professional identity.Secondly,it defines the concept of professional identity and clarifies the characteristics of professional identity.Finally,it analyses the important value of professional identity of undergraduates majoring in primary education.The second chapter is mainly about the objective results and analysis of the survey.Firstly,the author conducts a questionnaire survey on the professional identity of the undergraduates majoring in primary education in several normal universities in Shandong Province,and collates and analyses the results.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is concluded that the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in primary education is at a slightly higher level,which is manifested by insufficient professional awareness,lack of professional emotions and insufficient professional behavior.In the third chapter,based on the questionnaire survey,we conducted in-depth interviews with the undergraduates majoring in primary education,and concluded that the main influencing factors of the professional identity of the undergraduates majoring in primary education are the motivation of professional choice,the rationality of curriculum structure,the conditions of professional training,the pressure of employment competition and the degree of professional social recognition,There are differences in professional identity of different demographic data.The fourth chapter,based on the results of the survey and related theories,and on the basis of students' cognition,emotion and behavior,this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in primary education: to enhance professional awareness and stimulate students' professional interest;to strengthen professional guidance and cultivate students' professional emotion;to optimize professional construction and enhance students' professional sense of acquisition;to promote professional autonomy and enhance students' professional level.Professional quality;perfecting the system of educational practice to improve students' educational practice ability;strengthening vocational planning education to help students establish a reasonable orientation of life;creating a good social environment to enhance the professional attraction of primary school teachers.
