The new curriculum reform puts forward the three-level curriculum management system of the country,local and school,and the school-based curriculum development is paid more and more attention by experts and scholars as well as front-line teachers.Local cultural resources are one of the important curriculum resources for school-based curriculum development.The development of school-based curriculum based on local cultural resources is not only conducive to enriching the theoretical achievements of school-based curriculum development,but also promoting the social inheritance of local culture.Moreover,it is of great significance to enrich the curriculum content,reform the teaching form,promote the all-round development of students,and highlight the characteristics of running a school.Local culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by local people in a certain region.Local cultural resources can be divided into four categories: landscape category,famous person category,literature category,folk category and so on.Local cultural resources have important educational value in cultural inheritance,ideological education,aesthetic education,wisdom enlightenment and so on.The school-based curriculum development of local culture should follow the principles of purpose,characteristic,applicability,comprehensiveness and cooperation.In the process of development,it is necessary to go through four steps,that is,to set up the development team and prepare for it.Analyze the present situation of education,establish the curriculum goal,compile the curriculum content and organize the concrete implementation Establish the evaluation system,reflect on the improvement and revision.Qingzhou is one of the ancient Kyushu,with rich cultural resources for development and utilization.Qingzhou s middle school developed the "most beautiful Qingzhou" school-based curriculum on the basis of deep excavation of Qingzhou native cultural resources.The "most beautiful Qingzhou" school-based curriculum has made great achievements in the development and practice,liberated the teachers' thoughts,stimulated the students' potential,and promoted the reform of classroom teaching.But also exposed some problems,mainly reflected in the lack of cultural heritage concept in target design,lack of cultural integration in the implementation of the curriculum,lack of team cooperation in curriculum development,lack of rules and regulations in the development process and so on.By looking at "the most beautiful green state," The case study of school-based curriculum development is expected to provide reference to other local school-based curriculum development based on local cultural resources.In the course of local cultural school-based curriculum development,teachers' curriculum concept should be changed and teachers' curriculum development ability should be improved.Focus on school-based curriculum development team cooperation to make greater improvements.
