In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to science education,and the connotation of science education has been constantly enriched.In the past,educational phenomena that only emphasized scientific knowledge must be changed.Scientific method is an important part of scientific education.If scientific knowledge is compared to pearl,scientific method is to string pearls into necklaces.Textbooks are undoubtedly the most basic and accessible tool for teachers to carry out the education of scientific methods.The main purpose of this study is to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the scientific methods of the two versions of textbooks by comparing the textbooks published by PEP with those published in Shanghai,so as to provide help for teachers to carry out the education of scientific methods and provide suggestions for the compilation of textbooks.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: first,consulting literature,clarifying the requirements of scientific methods in curriculum standards,understanding the current situation of scientific methods education and the classification theory of scientific methods,and defining the specific research framework of scientific methods.The second is to modify the comparative model framework to suit the scientific methods studied.By using comparative analysis method,this paper compares the presentation of scientific methods in two versions of text books,and makes a concrete analysis of the three scientific methods,ideal model method,enlargement method and experimental verification method,which are quite different in the edition of PEP and Shanghai Science Edition.Make the teaching design of explicit scientific method.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Generally speaking,people's education textbooks and Shanghai science textbooks do not attach enough importance to scientific methods,and do not fully recognize the importance of scientific methods,but they also have their advantages.For example,when the methods appeared before people's Education Edition appear again,it will indicate that,for example,when learning acceleration directly points out that the ratio is another example of defining physical quantities.The presentation of scientific methods in Shanghai Science Edition textbooks is better than that in Educational Edition textbooks.There are many kinds of scientific methods presented by side notes,including not only scientific methods of knowledge acquisition,but also knowledge application and experimental methods.(2)Both the Shanghai Science Edition textbooks and the Pedagogical Edition textbooks are mainly implicit in the expression of scientific methods,while the explicit expression is supplemented.There are three scientific methods of explicit expression in PEP: experimental verification method,ideal model method and ratio definition method.There are six kinds of explicit expression in Shanghai Science Edition,namely,experimental verification method,ideal model method,deduction method,experimental induction method,equivalent method and idealized experimental method.(3)There are many columns in the textbooks of People's Education Edition and Shanghai Science Edition,but few of them involve scientific methods.The only scientific methods in the columns of both textbooks are the ratio definition method.There are six scientific methods to acquire knowledge in the Sidenotes of Shanghai Science Edition textbooks,five of which are explicit expressions,while the Peoples Education Edition only presents two and all of them are explicit expressions.The textbooks of Shanghai Science Edition mainly carry out the education of scientific methods by means of side notes.The scientific methods involved in the chart are similar.(4)The chapters of Shanghai Science Edition and Peoples Education Edition are arranged in the order of kinematics in the first place,mechanics in the second place,and there are some differences.The second chapter of Shanghai Science Edition contains induction,and the second chapter of Peoples Education Edition contains deduction.In the introduction and appendix,although the Shanghai Science Edition does not involve specific scientific methods,it emphasizes the importance of scientific methods.The appendix of PEP not only illustrates the importance of scientific methods,but also implicitly expresses experimental induction and graphics and image methods.In the appendix of Shanghai Science Edition,the examples of the topics listed are more open,similar to the original problems of physics,and more conducive to the education of scientific methods.(5)There are 13 kinds of scientific methods in the text of PEP and Shanghai Science Edition,but only the explicit expression of experimental verification method is obvious,and there are great differences in the text of some chapters.People's Education Press and Shanghai Science Press attach great importance to the presentation of scientific methods.For ideal model method,enlargement method and experimental validation method,the first two methods are more reasonable.The two versions of textbooks have their own advantages in presenting experimental validation method.
