The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the fundamental task of education should be to "build people with moral integrity";at the Nineteenth National Congress,it emphasized once again that the fundamental task of "building people with moral integrity" should be implemented and quality education should be developed;in 2014,the Ministry of Education issued"Opinions on Fully Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of building people with moral integrity" clearly put forward that we should comprehensively promote textbook compilation”As the highest requirement of the Party and the state for personnel training.The textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education,as a textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education,takes four years and consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.It embodies the will of the state in the compilation of textbooks,and integrates the concept of"building people by virtue" into the compilation of textbooks,which is highly valued by the Party Central Committee.Before the compilation of textbooks by the Ministry,the most widely used textbooks were compiled under the background that the fundamental goal of "building people by virtue" was not particularly emphasized.Therefore,the author takes the Chinese textbooks compiled by ministries as the main research object,analyses the characteristics of implementing "building morality and cultivating people" from the textbooks compiled by ministries,and takes the textbooks edited by people's education as the comparative object.By comparing and investigating the changes of "building morality and cultivating people" in various aspects,the author collates and states the Chinese textbooks compiled by ministries in order to realize "building morality and cultivating people".The textual features highlighted in the implementation of "building morality and cultivating people".By using comparative research method,this paper examines the subject matter and specific content of the textbook "building morality and cultivating people" from the perspective of "cultural inheritance and understanding" of the core literacy of Chinese,examines from which aspects the textbook implements "building morality and cultivating people";and examines the language from three aspects of "language construction and application","thinking development and promotion","aesthetic appreciation and creation" of the core literacy of Chinese.Finally,the advantages and characteristics of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education are compared and analyzed.That is,the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education have formed a large pattern of "building people by virtue" from the cultural level,and the three-dimensional support system of "building people by virtue" has been formed from the level of "language","thinking" and "aesthetics".The development process of the specific article can be summarized as the following parts.The first part is the introduction part,which will briefly introduce the reasons for the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the related research status at home and abroad,and the research methods of this paper.The second part will give an overview of the relevant theories of the implementation of "building morality and cultivating people" in Chinese textbooks,mainly divided into two sections.The first section defines the concepts of "building morality and cultivating people" and "Prepared by the Ministry of Education" and"People Education Edition".The second section explains the theoretical basis of compiling the Ninth Grade Chinese textbook "building morality and cultivating people" from the influence of national ideology and the combination of "Curriculum Standard".In the third part,from the perspective of "cultural inheritance and understanding",we can see that the two editions of textbooks "build what morality and cultivate what people" are embodied in four aspects:traditional Chinese culture,socialist core values,universal values and personal values to examine the implementation of the two editions of textbooks on "build morality and cultivate people".The fourth part examines how the two versions of textbooks "build people by virtue" from the perspectives of"language","thinking" and "aesthetics".The specific manifestations are as follows:how to achieve the goals and contents of "build people by virtue" established by "cultural inheritance and understanding" from the perspectives of "language construction and application","thinking development and promotion" and "aesthetic appreciation and creation".This paper mainly investigates how the knowledge system,practice system and aesthetic system,which are matched with the specific chapters that present the goal and content of "building a person by virtue",integrate "language construction and application","thinking development and promotion"."aesthetic appreciation and creation",and whether they form a good"building a person by virtue"operation system.In the fifth part,from the prominent changes of the"Prepared by the Ministry of Education"compared with the"People's Education Edition",it is easy to sort out the advantages of"building morality and cultivating people".For example,the textbooks compiled by the Ministry have formed a general pattern of"building people by virtue"from the cultural level,and the textbooks compiled by the Ministry have formed a three-dimensional support system of"building people by virtue"from the level of"language","thinking"and"aesthetics".
