Therefore, on account of the curriculum standard of consistency of academic assessment research has increasingly become the focus of the curriculum research contents in domestic and overseas.Junior high school geography examination is a significant element of students ’academic evaluation.Junior high school geography education unified exam is test whether students in junior middle school stage standard evaluation, and curriculum criterion should have higher consistency, and its consistency with curriculum criterion is a guarantee for the scientific and effective teaching. Under the circumstances, this study determines the research content and method. I transform the webb consistency analysis model to the mode localization in the cognitive level, evaluation programs and curriculum standard coding.
