The whole book reading,as the first task group of Chinese curriculum standards,puts forward different requirements from traditional excerpted texts on students' reading appreciation ability and reading style.The whole book reading through the vertical and horizontal reading content of the overall expansion,but also promote high school students to build a complete knowledge system.The teaching of reading in the whole book not only restores a relatively complete reading ecology for students,but also promotes teachers to carry out teaching reform from the perspective of students.However,at present,the traditional reading teaching cannot meet students' personalized reading,students are lack of interest in the whole book reading,reading ability is difficult to effectively improve and other problems make the current high school whole book reading teaching into a bottleneck period.Under the background of the information age,cross-media "listening to books" is a new teaching method to promote the whole book reading teaching in senior high school by using the integration of various media,which provides a feasible teaching strategy to solve a series of problems in the whole book reading teaching in senior high school.Based on the scientific methodology of reading psychology theory and constructivism learning theory,cross-media "listening to books" has its unique teaching value by following the law of high school students' physical and mental development and following the people-oriented educational concept.It is widely used in foreign and domestic primary school reading teaching,but there are relatively few researches in the subdivided field of high school whole book reading teaching.Based on this,this paper carries out an in-depth exploration in this field,with a view to bringing new possibilities for high school whole book reading teaching.In studied on the basis of previous literature,this article through the questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,combining the actual situation of traditional book reading teaching,explore the cross media "catch" the whole book in high school readingteaching the application of the principle,analyzed the problems facing the reality and problems that should be paid attention to in the process of application,some Suggestions and strategies,and briefly describes across media teaching prospect and application value of this method.Through the research,while looking for the actual problems in the current whole book reading teaching,the author also found that high school students have a high degree of interest in cross-media "listening",and have a good acceptance of the application of cross-media "listening" to the whole book reading teaching in high school.And in the actual teaching experiment,the author found that the cross-media "listening book" has a high practical effect on the reading appreciation ability of high school students and the improvement and development of students' thinking.Different reading strategies are adopted for different books,which greatly improves students' reading enthusiasm.It can be seen that this study has certain guiding significance in its practical teaching,and has certain pioneering significance for the academic research on the whole book reading teaching in high school.
