With the development of society,home-school cooperation has received unprecedented attention.Based on the author's four-year work experience as head teacher of Class One of Class A Primary School in Jimo District from Grade Three to Grade Six in 2013,it is found in daily education that the class lacks the concept of cooperation,the content of cooperation is narrow and simple,the channels of communication are not smooth,the main status of students' parents is absent,and relevant regulations exist in the current home-school cooperation.The imperfect rules and regulations seriously restrict the rapid development of students,parents and classes.I feel the importance and urgency of homeschool cooperation.In view of the problems found in home-school cooperation,I actively explore effective measures to implement home-school cooperation,try to build a class atmosphere of "democracy,equality,individuality,respect",try to improve parents' awareness of homeschool cooperation,and improve teachers' communication ability and comprehensive literacy,and establish class-related rules and regulations,and have achieved initial results.Finally,this study investigates the effect of home-school cooperation,and analyses the positive effects of home-school cooperation on class collective construction from three aspects: student-student mutual assistance,teacher-student mutual love and home-school mutual understanding.It also reflects on the problems in the process of promoting class collective formation by home-school cooperation and how to avoid the negative effects of home-school cooperation on class collective formation.Taking the process and practice of home-school cooperation in our class as an example,this study finds out the problems in the process of home-school cooperation based on the analysis of the process of transformation of educational consciousness and the summary of practical experience and lessons,and constructs an effective model of home-school cooperation under the guidance of pedagogy,psychology,sociology and other related theories.
