| Young teachers are the main force of implementing quality education and promoting the modernization of education.They are also the hope of future education reform and development.In order to adapt to the new form and strengthen the training of young teachers,it has become a very important strategic work in the current education system.A large number of practice has proved that first-class education needs a first-class young teachers.The deepening of quality education depends on the quality of young teachers.Entering the new century,global economic integration and information network development has become the new trend.The development of new curriculum reform and quality education has put greater demand on young teachers.In recent years,the rural middle schools have recruited a large number of young teachers,so it’s important to strengthen the training of them.However,how to adapt to the new situation and construct a politically as well as professional outstanding teaching team for the rural middle schools have become urgent problems to be solved.This article will start from the analysis of the current situation of rural middle school teachers.In contrast to the Fengxian Primary School "Four Unitary" circular spiral promotion plan,meanwhile in the context of urban and rural integration,analysis of the regulations and policies for the cultivation of young teachers in rural areas by two levels of government and higher education authorities.Besides,in the background of integration of urban and rural exurb,the situation of Songjiang X Middle School is universal and representative.Taking Songjiang X Middle School in Shanghai as an example,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training of young teachers in rural middle schools.The main research methods of this thesis are questionnaires method,documentation method,case method,and comparison method. |
