Classical Chinese content words are an important part of classical Chinese study.Eighth grade is the critical period for students to master classical Chinese words and learn classical Chinese well.Due to the large number,variety and complex meanings of classical Chinese content words,the learning effect of students is often not ideal.Therefore,this study explores how to implement effective teaching strategies of classical Chinese content words.This study is divided into three parts:The first part summarizes the types of classical Chinese content words in the middle school Chinese textbook compiled by the ministry.It is found that students in junior middle school need to master four types of classical Chinese content words,including ancient and modern words with different meanings,polysemy,phonetic loan characters and flexible use of parts of speech.Based on this,it is found that the types of classical Chinese content words that eighth grade students need to master are polysemy and flexible use of parts of speech.The second part selects S middle school in A city as the case school to investigate the teaching status of Classical Chinese content words in grade 8 through classroom observation,questionnaire and interview.Through classroom observation,it is found that there are three problems in the teaching of classical Chinese content words:only emphasizing the instrumentality of the content words and ignoring their humanity;teachers are not fully aware of the teaching contents of difficult words such as polysemy and flexible use of parts of speech;teachers take the lead in class and ignore the students' subjectivity.It is also found that the students' grasp of classical Chinese content words is not ideal.Through further analysis,it is found that the reasons for the existence of these problems include:teachers have deviation in the teaching concept of classical Chinese,lack of research awareness of ancient Chinese knowledge,and are greatly influenced by the traditional teaching mode;Students' internal motivation to learn classical Chinese is weak,and their initiative to participate in the classroom learning of classical Chinese content words is not strong;The high school entrance examination plays a guiding role in classical Chinese teaching.The particularity of classical Chinese puts forward higher requirements for teachers' teaching.In the third part,aiming at the problems and causes in the teaching of classical Chinese content words in the eighth grade,this study puts forward the teaching strategies from three aspects:clarifying the teaching orientation of classical Chinese content words,reasonably planning the teaching contents of classical Chinese content words,and systematically optimizing the teaching methods of classical Chinese content words.Specifically,reconstructing the teaching concept of classical Chinese content words;To perfect the teaching goal of classical Chinese content words;To clarify the teaching emphasis of classical Chinese content words;Grasp the teaching depth of classical Chinese content words;Attach importance to inspiration and guidance to stimulate learning interest;Focus on cooperative inquiry and strengthen learning motivation;Contact with the reality of life,to achieve the transfer of learning.
