Research On The Guarantee Of High-quality Transformation And Innovative Talents In The Manufacturing Industry In Zhengzhou

"Made in China 2025" strategic needs to China from a big manufacturing manufacturing power shift,from economic growth to economic changes in the development of high quality,which requires the Chinese manufacturing industry to achieve high quality transformation,and transformation in manufacturing high quality depends on innovative talents,the effective supply of innovative talents is to promote the transformation of manufacturing high quality priority as a national center of Zhengzhou city,in the development of leading industry leading regional economic development and take the strategic mission of the state,and so on plays an important exemplary role,especially as the manufacturing city.It is urgent to implement the strategy and promote the high-quality transformation of the manufacturing industry,which is in urgent need of innovative talents to provide support.Based on this,(above-mentioned statement)this research adopts literature research and investigation & research,the combination of qualitative and quantitative,the combination of vertical contrast and horizontal comparison research method.By combining manufacturing and innovative talents,from the national center of Zhengzhou city,this study is given priority to creative human resources,and creative talents for national center city,which will provide some experience for manufacturing construction.Firstly,this study defines the connotation of innovative talents and the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,by making horizontal and vertical comparison with Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Xi 'an and Wuhan,a national innovation center city,it analyzes the competitiveness of Zhengzhou's manufacturing industry and the necessity of its transformation.Thirdly,it analyzes the effect of innovative talents on the high-quality transformation of manufacturing industry and analyzes the supply and demand of high-quality innovative personnel in Zhengzhou manufacturing industry.Then,based on the health factor and incentive factor in the two-factor theory,this paper analyzes the guarantee problems and causes of high-quality transformation and innovative talents in Zhengzhou manufacturing industry.Finally,according to the path of talent introduction,talent cultivation and talent retention guarantee system,based on the two-factor theory,the construction framework of Zhengzhou manufacturing industry high-quality transformation and innovative talent guarantee system is constructed,and suggestions on the construction of Zhengzhou manufacturing industry high-quality transformation and innovative talent guarantee system are put forward.By expanding the scope of application of the theory of regional economic development,this paper focuses on the manufacturing industry in Zhengzhou,analyzes its development status,studies its competitiveness,and puts forward the direction of high-quality transformation of the manufacturing industry in Zhengzhou,which has reference value for the transformation and development of the manufacturing industry in various provinces and cities in China.At the same time,by expanding the research scope of human resource management,the demand and supply analysis of innovative talents in Zhengzhou manufacturing industry was completed.Based on the two-factor incentive theory,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions on the guarantee system of high-quality transformation and innovative talents in Zhengzhou manufacturing industry,which is helpful to the policy decision of Zhengzhou municipal government.
