The promotion of globalization has higher requirements for the comprehensive literacy and ability of talents,a new challenge to the training and evaluation of talents.The evaluation of expressive evaluation emphasizes that evaluating students' actual work and performance in real situations.Performance evaluation emphasizes students' actual performance and performance in real situations.It is a kind of evaluation method which takes into account the learning process and results,and has a high consistency with the characteristics of situational,authentic and process of geographical practice activities.So the performance evaluation can be used as an important way of evaluating the geographical practice of junior high school.The geography teaching of junior high school can play its practical characteristics,actively carry out the practice of geography,cultivate the ability of cultivating students' geographical practice,and make a comprehensive evaluation of the basic knowledge,key ability,necessary character and learning attitude that students show in the process of participating in the activities through expressive evaluation.The performance evaluation in the practice of geography in junior high school can promote the implementation of the curriculum reform of quality education,further enrich the theoretical system of the evaluation of geography teaching education,and also help to measure students' higher-level thinking ability and cultivate students' ability of geographical practice.In this paper,through the literature analysis method of the human teaching version of junior high school geography teaching materials "activities" column combed,according to the geographical curriculum standards of teaching materials are divided into reading drawing activities,group discussion activities,operational activities and survey activities,and combined with the actual cases of the characteristics of these four types of activities to analyze,To lay the foundation for the design of the expressive evaluation of geographical practice.Then,the research methods of teacher interview and student interview were used to investigate the first-line teachers and students in junior high school,and found that there were fewer activity hours and single activity methods in the process of geo-practice in junior high school,some students lacked the initiative of activity inquiry,and paid attention to the results-oriented evaluation,and the performance evaluation was not recognized enough.Lack of effective performance evaluation implementation program sFinally,based on the existing problems,it is proposed that the design of expressive evaluation should follow the principle of clarity,authenticity,process principle and development altogether,combine with the characteristics of the four geographical practice activities in the above-mentioned teaching materials,combine it with the curriculum standard,and associate with the activity characteristics,respectively,from the "performance evaluation objectives,expressive evaluation tasks,performance evaluation rules" "Three links to start,the performance evaluation of junior high school geographical practice activities to design,and with the activity teaching integration,through the implementation of activity cases to verify its feasibility.Combined with the experience of performance evaluation design and implementation,this paper puts forward the implementation proposals of "strengthening the integration of evaluation theory and activity practice,strengthening the training of performance evaluation skills of geography teachers,and creating the external conditions for the implementation of performance evaluation" and trying to find more reasonable performance evaluation design methods under strict teaching design.to improve the credibility and validity of evaluation,and to promote the teaching of geographical practice.
