In recent years,school-based curriculum as an important part of the three-level curriculum management system has shown a strong momentum of development.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the school-based curriculum development work is in the ascendant,as far as the Chinese school-based curriculum is concerned,more and more cultural resources gradually enter its development vision.Red culture is an excellent culture with Chinese characteristics formed in the revolution and construction of our country.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Party and the people.Laiwu,known as the land of Yingmu,is located in the hinterland of Luzhong,like a beating heart on the land of Qilu,which has a history of more than two thousand years.Because of its strategic position Want sex,in this piece of ancient and magical land,deduces numerous times the iron horse,the artillery fire flapping war story,ancient has the long spoon battle,near has the Laiwu battle.As a red revolutionary old area,Laiwu contains rich red cultural resources,which not only has the commonness of Chinese revolutionary traditional culture,but also has the individuality of local culture.Today,red culture has become a rare card of culture and education in Laiwu District.School education provides a broad platform for the promotion and inheritance of red culture,and the incorporation of red culture into the development content of Chinese school-based curriculum can arouse teachers and students to pay enough attention to red culture and promote teachers' specialty Industry literacy,students' Chinese literacy and moral literacy,promote the inheritance of local red culture play an important role.This thesis follows the current tide of new curriculum reform,based on Laiwu area,with red culture as the core,trying to develop the Chinese school-based curriculum of "carrying forward and inheriting the red culture" on the basis of drawing lessons from the achievements of the previous school-based curriculum development,so as to promote the standardization and characteristic of the local Chinese school-based curriculum development.The author discusses the necessity,feasibility,value significance,development idea,implementation and evaluation of Chinese school-based curriculum development.This thesis has five parts:The first part is the introduction,first from the basic education reform requirements,the red culture and the education function of Chinese school-based curriculum from three angles to clarify the origin of the research;secondly,the domestic school-based curriculum development research status and Laiwu primary and secondary school curriculum development status;finally,the research purpose and significance of the paper and the writing of the paper used literatureresearch,investigation interviews,field investigation,case analysis four research methods are briefly introduced.The second part is about the development of Chinese school-based curriculum.Firstly,it defines four concepts: red culture,school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum development,Chinese-based curriculum development;secondly,it discusses the necessity of school-based curriculum development from three aspects: the promotion of new curriculum reform in Shandong Province,the reality of Chinese-based curriculum development in Laiwu District and the absence of red culture in Chinese-based curriculum development;secondly,it expounds the feasibility of school-based curriculum development with local policies,resources and students' interests;finally,it discusses its value significance from four angles: curriculum value,student growth,teacher development and cultural inheritance.The third part is the development idea of the Chinese school-based curriculum of "carrying forward and inheriting the red culture ".It mainly includes four parts: curriculum concept and goal,curriculum setting,curriculum content and textbook compilation suggestion.Firstly,the concept of Chinese school-based curriculum is discussed on the basis of the Chinese curriculum standard and the corresponding curriculum objectives are designed;secondly,the curriculum is set up in detail from the aspects of curriculum name,type,subject and schedule;thirdly,the red cultural resources in Laiwu district are screened and sorted out and divided into five units based on the six principles of regionality,typicality,language,comprehensiveness,relevance and interest;finally,The author introduces the suggestions of compiling Chinese school-based textbooks mainly from the aspects of structure setting and organization system.The fourth part is the implementation and evaluation of the Chinese school-based curriculum "the promotion and inheritance of red culture ".Firstly,the implementation strategy of Chinese school-based curriculum is introduced from two aspects: the requirement of Chinese school-based curriculum implementation and the method of implementation,then the concrete teaching case is presented.Secondly,the evaluation suggestion of Chinese school-based curriculum is put forward according to the requirement of new curriculum reform.The last part of the thesis is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole development process of Chinese school-based curriculum,expresses confidence in the development of school-based curriculum,reflects on the shortcomings of curriculum development,and then puts forward the vision of deepening research on the perfection of Chinese school-based curriculum development and the promotion and inheritance of red culture in Laiwu District.
