With the rapid development of social economy,science and technology,social competition becomes more and more fierce.Modern talents must have a strong ability to resist setbacks in order to better cope with various challenges.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate the ability of resisting setbacks of primary school students.Anti setback ability refers to the ability of individuals to keep a positive and optimistic attitude when facing setbacks,to control their emotions well,and to actively seek solutions to problems.The development of anti setback ability can make individuals cope with various life pressures effectively and improve their social adaptability.At present,the growing environment of primary school students,facing more problems,will experience failures and setbacks,and the primary school students' psychology has a good plasticity.For the primary school head teacher,the theme class meeting is based on the actual situation of the class students,aiming at a center,to cultivate a kind of moral quality activities.Therefore,it is very necessary for the head teacher to use the theme class meeting to help the students improve their anti frustration ability according to the specific situation and the basic work of the school.Based on the in-depth study of literature review,this study uses questionnaire survey to conduct pre-test,and then uses educational experiment method to carry out the experiment of improving the anti frustration ability of the theme class meeting.The purpose is to improve the anti frustration ability of the students in the experimental class and the control class through the theme class meeting,such as positive cognition,positive emotion,tenacity and meaning This paper makes a comparative analysis of the data of five dimensions,which are ambition,problem solving and seeking support,to explore the value of the theme class meeting in improving the students' anti frustration ability,and then to explore the specific implementation of the theme class meeting teaching in improving the anti frustration ability,so as to provide practical reference and theoretical guidance for the future research of the theme class meeting in improving the students' anti frustration ability.In this study,404 primary school students in Chengdu City of Sichuan Province were investigated by questionnaire.Based on the survey conclusion,two classes(6.4 and 6.3)were selected as the experimental class and the control class.The results show that:(1)the theme class meeting is helpful to enhance the positive cognitive dimension of the students' anti frustration ability(2)theme class meeting is conducive to improving the resilience and willpower dimension of students' anti setback ability;(3)theme class meeting improves the problem-solving dimension of students' anti setback ability to a certain extent;(4)theme class meeting does not significantly improve the dimension of students' anti setback ability positive emotion;(5)the dimension of theme class meeting actively seeking support for students' anti setback ability needs to be further improved Test;(6)the ability of the theme class meeting to resist setbacks has been improved,but the effect is not obvious.To sum up,in this study,it is effective to use theme class meeting to improve primary school students' anti frustration ability to a certain extent,especially in positive cognition and tenacity and willpower,but the overall effect is not obvious.According to the above experimental research,why is the effect of the theme class meeting on improving the anti frustration ability not obvious? We have discussed and analyzed these aspects,such as the effectiveness of the design scheme of the theme class meeting,the difference of the individual teaching level of the teacher,the inconsistency between the concept of family education and school education,the physical and mental development characteristics of the experimenter,the intervention time,the control of the tested samples,the scientificity of the testing time,etc.,which may be the cause of this event The reason why the effect of the test is not obvious.In view of this situation,we put forward several suggestions from different angles to improve the education of primary school students' anti setback ability:((1)sufficient social and school support,to ensure the effective development of the theme class meeting on the promotion of anti setback ability;(2)to improve teachers' ability and professional psychological quality,to improve the effect of the theme class meeting on the promotion of anti setback ability,such as setting up It plays a leading role in cultivating awareness of anti setback ability and improving professional level;(3)starting from the design and implementation of the course of anti setback ability of theme class meeting,it optimizes the development of theme class meeting,such as constructing the course of anti setback ability theme class meeting,carrying out various forms of theme class meeting in combination with students' actual situation and the characteristics of the subject,and infiltrating all aspects of teaching to resist setback Folding ability;(4)family and school work together to strengthen the effectiveness of the theme class meeting,and promote the improvement of students' ability to resist setbacks and actively seek support,such as setting up the role model of parents,changing parents' educational concept;(5)creating a positive social atmosphere,and promoting the improvement of students' ability to resist setbacks.In this study,we respectively put forward suggestions from schools,teachers,families,society and other aspects,in order to better carry out the theme class meeting so as to improve the anti frustration ability of primary school students,promote the development of students' social adaptability,and help to shape students' excellent personality quality.At the same time,it has a certain reference significance for the specific implementation of the theme class meeting to improve the anti frustration ability of teaching It will provide practical reference and theoretical guidance for the study of improving the ability to resist setbacks.
