Home-school cooperation is a long-lasting educational topic.Therefore,this century home-school cooperation has naturally become a hot research and practice.Its ultimate goal is to promote the child discipline and school education to maintain consistency,form synergy,improve the educational quality and ability of teachers and parents,promote the improvement of school management level,and strengthen the self-management of educational institutions,we will promote the socialization of education and the educational process of society,and promote the sound development of young people in their moral character,their studies and other aspects.However,the implementation of this educational concept varies greatly from region to region,as the remote location of Guyuan's rural areas,lagging economic development,and the lack of a humane environment make the educational reform difficult,home-school co-operation in name only.The problems in the lower grades of primary schools are more prominent.The subjects of home-school cooperation have different degrees of problems and deviations in understanding,cooperation process,school implementation and cooperation effect,therefore,it is difficult to achieve the expected goal and effective results.Based on the above situation,this study starts from the following train of thought: First,through the literature research method to collect the research process and results of home-school cooperation,master the status implementation of home-school cooperation.Then,five representative rural primary schools in Guyuan were selected as the main research objects,and detailed first-hand materials were obtained by using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and observation,and then,using the theory of home-school cooperation,this paper analyzes the problems in thecooperation between home and school in the lower grades of rural primary schools,the main problems are: the lack of clear understanding,the simplification of the cooperation mode,the unidirectional of the cooperation subject,the lack of systematic science in the cooperation content,the outdated cooperation mode,the lack of positive attitude of the parents,the lack of smooth cooperation process and the unsatisfactory cooperation effect.For these problems,the author mainly from the teachers,parents and schools for three reasons.It is concluded that there are some reasons for teachers,such as academic qualifications,lack of professional training,improper teacher structure,questioning parents' ability.The reasons of parents are complicated and unstable occupation,low educational level,abnormal family structure,lack of learning path,negative influence of children's achievement,etc.The main reasons are that the understanding of school leaders is not in place,the relevant training is few,and the environment platform is not enough.In view of the problems existing in the cooperation between home and school in the lower grades of rural primary schools in Guyuan based on the relevant reasons,this paper puts forward some concrete strategies to improve the cooperation between home and school,the author thinks it is necessary to improve home-school cooperation from three aspects: teachers,parents and schools.Firstly,teachers should improve their professional quality and ability,establish mutual trust relationship with parents,and exert the main advantage of educators.Secondly,parents,to enhance their understanding of home-school cooperation.Finally,the school aspect,constructs the parent-teacher cooperation foundation,constructs the home-school cooperation effective platform,strengthens the home-school cooperation the school-based research,establishes the home-school cooperation the incentive mechanism.With a view to further promoting theprocess of home-school co-operation in rural primary schools in Guyuan,enhancing the effectiveness of home-school co-operation and promoting the all-round development of students.
