The university students are the human resources, and their ability can get full play to the process of socialist modernization construction. Reasonable and efficient use of college students resources, each college students need to be based on their own positions, to play their own intelligence, which means to provide a platform to display their talent. However, with the slowdown in China’s economic growth and the dramatic increase in the number of college graduates, college students are faced with unprecedented huge employment pressure, resulting in a serious waste of human capital. Therefore, to improve the professional maturity, not only help to solve the employment difficulties of college students, more conducive to help them to find a platform to play self, to optimize the national human resources allocation.Career planning is the content of college students need to practice, it can help students understand themselves, enhance professional awareness. In this paper, the career planning as a perspective to study its possible impact on the professional maturity of college students, in order to solve the employment difficulties, to help students to provide a certain degree of smooth employment reference. First of all, to review the literature related to career planning,analysis of comparative research results, combined with the reality of social situation, the preparation of career planning questionnaire; Secondly, self-compiled questionnaire and Zheng Haiyan "college students career maturity questionnaire" as a tool, in-depth analysis of occupation Career planning on the professional maturity of college students; Finally, the discussion of the results of the study, and put forward to enhance the professional maturity of college students operating program. The results are as follows.(1) Career planning with self-awareness, self-exploration, environmental exploration,career decision-making, career action and career adjustment has good reliability and validity.(2) Whether it is the only child, whether it has a work experience and whether or not to participate in the school community has a significant impact on the career scoring of college students. On the whole, the scores of career planning for non-only-child college students are significantly higher than those of the only-child college students’ career scoring. The career plan of college students with work experience is significantly higher than that of college students without job experience The score of the career plan of the college students who participated in the school community was significantly higher than that of the college students who did not participate in the school community. There is no significant difference in gender,grade, professional, family source, family economic situation and parental education level.(3) Grade, parental education, work experience and participation in school community have a significant impact on college students’ career maturity. On the whole, the professional maturity of senior college students is significantly higher than that of junior college students.The professional maturity of college students with higher educational level is significantly higher than that of undergraduates with low educational level. The professional maturity of college students with experience is significantly higher than that of college students who have no work experience. The professional maturity of college students is significantly higher than that of college students who do not participate in the community. There are no significant differences in gender differences, professional differences, differences in family origin, differences in family economic conditions and whether the only child is different.(4) In general, career planning has significant positive influence on vocational maturity and secondary index. In particular, the five factors of career awareness, self-exploration,environmental exploration, career decision-making and career action have significant positive effects on career maturity. Career adjustment has no significant relationship with occupational maturity and secondary index. |
