Education is an important part of the country's development and is related to every aspect of everyone.As the carrier of education,the school bears the important task of teaching and educating people,but in recent years,there have been vicious events in the school,which have seriously affected the teaching environment and order,adversely affected students,and led to the intensification of contradictions between various groups and the social Harmony and stability of the country cause great harm.School social work is a professional development that uses the theoretical methods of social work in the school field,and the services it provides help solve various problems that exist in the school.Shanghai school social work has been carried out for more than ten years,and it has accumulated quite rich practical experience.The author hopes to summarize these precious experiences by combing to reflect the entire process of social work embedded in the school field.This study takes Shanghai Y institution and its school social work practice service for more than 10 years as the research object,collects data through interview method and uses the embedding theory to sort out the process of embedding social work into the school field.The whole is mainly discussed from four aspects.The first is the embedded basis,including the characteristics of the two fields of school field and social work and the basis of the cooperation between the two sides.The second is the process of embedding,which is mainly divided into idea embedding and service embedding,including the process of social work entering the school field and the content of service development.The third is to embed the difficulties encountered and Suggestions for action.In the process of social work entering the school field to carry out services,it encounters three dilemmas: ethical,professional and resource.The fourth is the result of embedding.It is found that social work and school field are isolated from each other at the beginning,and through the embedding of social work concept and service,the two fields are matched,and the mutual construction is realized in this process.This study made the following suggestions by interviewing first-line social workers of institutions and professional supervisors: first,school social work should explore ethical codes in line with China's local conditions and establish a local professional value system.Second,the organization should summarize the advanced work experience,accelerate the professional team construction,enhance the influence of the field.Thirdly,the whole school social work industry needs to increase its publicity and call on the government to introduce relevant policies to give school social workers a clear identity,so that school social workers can smoothly enter schools to provide services.
