School is the main place for students to learn the rule of law,is an important stage to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life,values,junior high school is an important stage for students to stand moral adult,comprehensive development,determined to become a major stage,and "morality and rule of law" is the main channel for schools to carry out moral and rule of law education and teaching work.But through questionnaire,observation,interview and other empirical research found that "morality and the rule of law" courses in the aspect of the rule of law education still has many problems to be solved,such as school education attaches great importance to the rule of law is not enough,lack of the rule of law professional teachers,the traditional teaching method,teaching goals are not clear still lack of cohesion,family and school,the students lack learning initiative and practice teaching less activity,etc.,have influenced the rule of law education in junior high school students.A large number of workers is about the present situation of junior middle school students of the rule of law education and education teaching to solve path are studied,carding literature and the existing research results,on the basis of Dazhou No.1 Middle School as an example for empirical study,through the questionnaire,observation,interviews and other research methods,through to the current situation and problems of education implementation are analyzed,and a targeted in the education subject,education object,teaching contents,teaching methods,etc,this paper discusses the corresponding solution strategy,in order to achieve "morality and the rule of law" through junior high school class of law education to cultivate good quality under the rule of law,let every student can button "first buttons" life.The first part: the background and significance of the research,the literature review at home and abroad,the methods of the research content,the innovation of the research and the direction of the next step.The second part: expound the overview of law education in the new era of "morality and the rule of law",further comb and define the concepts of morality and the rule of law,the rule of law and the rule of law education,in order to improve the middle school "morality and the rule of law" course to carry on the rule of law education for students,cultivate the effectiveness of good rule of law literacy.The third part:makes an empirical investigation and research on the current situation of law education in the course of "morality and rule of law" in Dazhou No.1 Middle School.The fourth part,aiming at the existing problems,combined with the existing theoretical analysis and research foundation,discusses the concrete countermeasures to strengthen the legal education of "morality and rule of law".The fifth part: through the concrete example demonstration,summarizes the "morality and the rule of law" legal education effectiveness improvement path.
