"Water Margin" Entire Book Reading Teaching Design Research

Since 2017,when the Ministry of Education announced the "Curriculum Standard for Chinese in Ordinary Senior High Schools," reading and discussion of the whole book "has officially become an important part of Chinese teaching activities in senior high schools.However,the development of reading teaching activities for the whole book in senior high schools is still in a blank period.In order to solve the problems in the teaching design of teachers in reading teaching for the whole book in senior high schools,this paper conducts a research on reading teaching design for the whole book based on the classical masterpiece" Outlaws of the Marsh ".This research takes Jin Shengtan's commentary on "Water Margin" as the reading object of the whole book,and uses literature analysis method to sort out and summarize the relevant research results of "Water Margin".Through a questionnaire survey to investigate and study the relevant situation of senior high school students reading "Water Margin",it finds out some basic situations and deficiencies of senior high school students in reading.Then it designs the reading teaching of the whole book according to this reading situation,and conducts a case study with specific teaching practice.The research defines the concept of "reading the whole book",determines the teaching goal of reading the whole book of "Water Margin",and designs and practices the teaching of "interesting reading","intensive reading","reading" and"communication".Through this research,it is found that in the whole book reading teaching of senior high school students,the teaching principle of "student-centered,teacher-led" should be adhered to,and the students should be guided to read the whole book from shallow to deep through the careful design of the teachers,so as to cultivate the four core qualities of language application and construction,thinking development and improvement,aesthetic appreciation and creation,and cultural inheritance and understanding.
