Research On Risk Management Of Equity-based Crowdfunding

In recent years,Fast-growing Internet financial contributes to the economic development of our country,but at the same time give rise to a series of risks.Equity-based Crowdfunding as the new form of Internet financial,has the short time of introducing and immature operation system,On the other hand,the network technology and relevant laws and regulations is not sound in our country,all of this factors lead to generating a series of risks in the process of equity-based Crowdfunding operation.Therefore,how to avoid the risks is particularly important.This paper introduces the current research status,business model and current situation using literature collection,contrast analysis and so on,then analyzes the main "leading + following" running mechanism using the "dajiatou" equity-based Crowdfunding platform as an example and the risks of equity-based Crowdfunding in the mechanism.The risks can be divided into systemic risk and the risk of the raise of systemic risk according to the internal and external causes of the risks.The systemic risk mainly includes the legal risk;the systemic factors mainly include credit risk,operation risk for the two types of risk and technical risk etc.The paper put forward the corresponding management measures for these two kinds of risk factors by referencing the foreign related law of Crowdfunding to provide a good environment for the development of equity-based Crowdfunding and ensure equity-based Crowdfunding healthy development.
