Optimization Of System Integration Project Management In J-City China Telecom Company

Information projects concern various industries in modern society,but there are many problems in managing them,especially system integration projects.In this dissertation,four aspects of project management system,such as organizational management,mechanism management,process management and method management,of J-City China Telecom Company are studied.The research proposes an optimization and feasible model on existing problems based on current company situation.The main innovation of this study is to integrate the pre-project business opportunity management and marketing management,post-project maintenance and the mining of user value into the project life cycle management.In addition,it applies agile project management to marketing management.The research contents on the optimization scheme include:(1)Using agile methods and incentives to enhance team awareness to solve the problem of organization management;(2)Relying on risk control,project scope management,hierarchical communication and digital document management to solve the problem of failure of management mechanism;(3)Tackling the problem of management delay by using business opportunity classification,project whole life cycle and Critical Path Method;(4)Using industry taxonomies,mind maps,and modeling software to solve the problem of management method mismatched.The optimization scheme was submitted to the senior manager of the company for evaluation in the form of questionnaire survey,and received a fairly strong agreement response.Two cases of J-City China Telecom Company "win through introduction" and"third phase of digital urban management" are studied respectively based on the optimization result of combing the marketing and project management activities,and it comes a conclusion with significant boost project performance.It is concluded that the improved model of integration project management system has the feasibility of implementation.The new system can not only improve the operation performance of the company,but also improve the information system and engineering service quality,which is of great reference value to the communication industry.
