Based on the deep analysis of Qilu securities co.,LTD.,on the basis of the present situation of the talent pool,on how to construct the key position talents reserve system was studied,and put forward the implementation of the system could be operated,the implementation of the system has the maneuverability,including the identification of key positions,selection and evaluation,personnel development and training,allows the company to enter the reserve talent pool to meet the company’s current and future development needs.On this basis,through the system within the company to try to test its operability,to ensure that the system implementation,ensure continuous key position talents reserves,realize sustainable development.Through in-depth analysis of the securities research theory and development situation of enterprise talent pool,and in-depth study of talent reserve related theory knowledge,combined with the current situation of a few years in the Qilu Securities Company management experience,the talent pool for key positions in the company carried out a detailed analysis to identify the talent pool in today’s problems and shortcomings,analyzed the cause of the problems and deficiencies arise.Meanwhile,the author of the company’s various departments conducted a field survey to collect the views of the Ministry of Supervision.In foreshadowing the above work,the authors propose a system block diagram of the key positions in the company Qilu Securities talent pool system construction.Company personnel development strategy based on job evaluation and to identify key positions and established talent qualifications based on value-driven evaluation methods accordingly to the selection of personnel in key positions.Then the selection of new talent out of key positions in the comprehensive development and training,analysis of the role of talent development and design of the development of this culture method.Thus,Qilu Securities Inc.reserve personnel in key positions basic program set up,in order to test the operability and scientific nature of the program,at the end of this paper has been applied to implement the program,and the corresponding opinions and suggestions,so as to form a more perfect Qilu Securities Co.key positions in the talent pool system.
