Nowadays,competition in book retail market particularly tough,the competitors is not limited to bookstore,but to shopping mall cafe and the platform to sell online.Many bookstores unifies own actual situation and circumstances,implemented a transformation in such a fierce competition,adopt an organizational structure that is more appropriate for The Times and needs of the market.This text applies the theory of organizational structure and organizational reform,analysis of the organizational structure of company A,take full account of the organization's environment and development needs,analyzing the problems of the organizational structure of retail department,propounds a program of organizational structure reform.Through the design of the new organizational structure of the company's retail department,proposed a new organizational structure which can solve the original organizational problems.Moreover,in the formulation of the reform plan,fully considered the possible resistances in the implementation process and takes corresponding countermeasures to ensure that the change can be completed in an orderly and smooth manner.This text studies the organizational structure of the retail department and proposes the reform program,hoped that it will be helpful to improve the organizational structure of the retail department and cultivate managerial talent,advantageous to optimize the department organization structure and the work flow.
