Research On Optimization Of Purchasing Process Based On Supply Chain Management For TK Company

With the acceleration of economic and trade globalization and integration,and the formation of global competitive markets,the challenge and the competition pressure for the enterprises are increasing.The competition between traditional enterprises has gradually been replaced by the competition between supply chains and become the norm.In supply chain management environment,companies not only have to optimize the allocation of internal resources,but also have to collaborate with customers and vendors to improve the strain capacity of supply chain,so that it can eliminate the non—value link in the supply chain,and establish a new type of strategic supply relationship.As one of the most important point of supply chain,purchasing process covers the flows of information,funds,materials of the whole business process flow,ranging from supply to demand,has a direct impact on business costs and profits,so more and more enterprises have paid more attention to it.Purchasing management plays a significant leverage in the realization of the integrated management and synchronization of various activities in the supply chain,which is not only helpful for supply chain cost reduction,but also helpful to enhance the competitiveness of core enterprises and remain the leader of the market.This paper firstly makes a brief description on the research background,purpose and significance,and then systematically describes the theory of content of the supply chain management,purchasing under supply chain management and purchasing management,which constructed the theoretical basis of this paper.Based on the above theoretical basis,guided by supply chain thought,the paper deeply analyzes the purchasing process of TK company and the problems existing in the purchasing process,proposes a optimization scheme of purchasing process of TK company under supply chain management.Specially including the optimization of company's purchasing organization,purchasing materials classification,purchasing process and so on.Finally,the comparison of the results before and after the optimization of purchasing process is known as the purchasing efficiency of the company has been significantly improved,and the purchasing cost has decreased significantly.The research content of this paper can be used as the reference in the actual operation of purchasing process optimization in TK Company.It also can provide some reference for enterprises in the same industry to improve purchasing management level in the supply chain management.
