Research On The Competence And Quality Of DYD's Regional Managers

With the continuous promotion of the new health care reform policy,such as the two-ticket system,medical insurance fee and consistency evaluation,the policy was officially landed.Facing the ever-changing policy environment and the survival and development of enterprises,pharmaceutical manufacturers must change the traditional mode of agents and take the specialized way of academic marketing.The marketing of pharmaceutical manufacturers is becoming more and more dependent on high level regional managers.Therefore,the demand for regional managers is bigger and bigger,and the ability and quality of regional managers are also increasing.It is necessary to further study the composition of competency of regional managers.Taking DYD company of pharmaceutical production as an example,combined with its regional manager's working characteristics and management status,this paper studies regional manager's ability and quality based on iceberg model and onion model.First of all,the impact of the new health care reform policy on DYD company is analyzed.It is considered that regional managers are important for the development of the industry,so the working characteristics of regional managers are analyzed.Secondly,applying iceberg model and onion model,selecting samples,collecting samples related quality information,analyzing,summarizing and classifying,putting forward the constitution of DYD regional manager's competency quality.Third,the decomposition ability and quality grading factors on regional manager of DYD company,the key elements are classified into different dimensions,determine the evaluation of the quality factors of the weight and the area manager level,in order to connect the other module ability and human resource management,human resource management for service enterprises.The ability and quality of regional managers in this paper can better provide reference for DYD regional recruitment managers,such as recruitment,selection,training and performance management,so as to further enhance their competitive advantage.At the same time,it also provides a new way of thinking and new method for the study of the ability and quality of regional managers in other types of enterprises.
