Study On The Relationship Among Internet Entrepreneurs' Entrepreneurial Learning,Technical Capacity And Entrepreneurial Performance

At present,in the field of Internet and mobile Internet,technological innovation is developing fast and vertical industry chain is improving.More users' demands lead to rapid transformation of patterns of the Internet industry,deep market segmentation,more rich business models and business contents.The "Internet +" model is changing people's traditional production and life style in all aspects.So,large potential demands set off Internet industry development,leading to Internet entrepreneurship on the global scale.In China,creativity and entrepreneurship are engines that further promote emergence of the Internet entrepreneurship climax.However,compared with traditional startups,the rapid development of the Internet enterprises highly depends on development and innovation of technology.Thus,in comparison to traditional entrepreneurs,Internet entrepreneurs should have good technical capacity,which is beneficial to key talents management and boost profits.So,this study innovatively add technical capacity to relative researches on the basis of previous researches.In addition,due to the dynamic business environment,entrepreneurs must use different entrepreneurial learning ways to improve their technical capacity,then improve business performance and lay in a dominant position in competitions.Therefore,study on the relationship between Internet entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial learning,technical capacity and Internet companies' entrepreneurial performance has necessary and practical guiding significance.In this thesis,we adopted theory and empirical analysis to carry out the research.Firstly,we defined the Internet entrepreneurs through reading several literatures and contacting with some Internet entrepreneurs.As to Internet entrepreneurs,through concluding relevant studies on entrepreneurial learning,technical capacity,and entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial learning is divided into three dimensions including experience learning,cognitive learning and practice learning.Besides,we attempted to explore the functions of three entrepreneurial learning ways to entrepreneurial performance via technical capacity.Then,we made a questionnaire survey and revised it,finally send it to Internet entrepreneurs in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and other cities which gather startup companies for data collection,as well as used correlation analysis,regression analysis and other empirical analysis methods to verify the theoretical model in this thesis.The result shows,experience learning,cognitive learning and practice learning as well as technical capacity all have significant and positive impacts on business performance.Also,experience learning,cognitive learning and practice learning have significant and positive impacts on technical capacity.What's more,technical capacity has full mediate effect on experience learning's and practice learning's impact on business performance,but completely no effect on cognitive learning's function.Finally,the thesis extends the theoretical scope of entrepreneurship,and puts forward some valuable guiding suggestions to Internet entrepreneurs,which have theoretical and practical research significance.
