The Influence Mechanism Of Platform Governance On Small Micro Entrepreneurial Enterprises

The rapid development of Internet technology has blurred the boundaries between organizations and the distance between organizations,and promoted the exchange of various information and the sharing of resources,providing a basis for entrepreneurship.The emergence of the platform for information exchange,resource sharing provides a place for transactions.With the platform,companies can quickly break through the boundaries of entrepreneurial activities,enabling internal and external personnel to participate in the same entrepreneurial project.At present,more and more enterprises are transforming into platforms to achieve sustainable development of enterprises,and the success of more and more platform enterprises,such as Handu Group and Haier,let more and more companies think about how to use them.The platform enables companies to innovate and create entrepreneurial capabilities to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.In the current research,the general consensus is that resource aggregation and resource integration have an impact on entrepreneurship.As an important place for resource management,the platform is also an important place for innovation and entrepreneurship.How to promote the success of entrepreneurship through platform governance has a role in resource aggregation and resource integration.As a Haier platform with a business success rate of 48%,it provides an important research object for the research mechanism of platform governance on entrepreneurship.Therefore,this paper takes Haier platform as a case study object for single case analysis,further explores Haier platform governance,and builds a platform mechanism for the impact of platform governance on Small micro entrepreneurial enterprises.Therefore,the research question in this paper is:how the three types of platform governance(grass governance,market governance,network governance)affect resource aggregation and resource integration,and thus affect Small micro entrepreneurial enterprises.Firstly,by the existing literature analysis,we find the gap of the existing research,and establish the research ideas and the entry points of the research;secondly,obtain the platform with Haier through various methods such as collecting and searching literature and books through the network.Governing relevant research materials,combining existing research materials and case data obtained from interviews,analyzing and encoding the data,and obtaining first-order concepts,second-order concepts,and summary concepts.On the basis of first-hand data and second-hand data,combined with the key event analysis method,the governance issues of platform enterprises are discussed in depth,and the conclusions are drawn through the mutual integration of theory and case evidence.Through case analysis,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)In platform enterprises,platform governance includes three dimensions:bureaucratic governance,market governance and network governance.The three governance models have produced new connotations in platform enterprises.(2)Bureaucratic governance,market governance and network governance have an impact on resource aggregation and resource integration.(3)The organic combination and complementarity of bureaucratic governance,market governance and network governance promoted the platform to attract resources,small micro enterprises integrated resources and micro-generation,that is,platform governance has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial process.This paper cuts through the perspective of entrepreneurial resources,discusses the role of platform governance on resource aggregation and resource integration,constructs a theoretical model of the impact mechanism of platform governance on small micro entrepreneurial enterprises,and explains the role of platform governance in resource aggregation and resource integration.Traditional enterprises have provided research directions for governance issues after platform transformation in the Internet age.Due to the limited research capacity of the authors,the reproducibility of single case studies and the adequacy of research content in case study methods are insufficient.Future research can test the conclusions of this paper through multiple case studies or large sample studies.
