In modern enterprises,employees are the motive force of the sustainable development of the enterprise.The investment employees are the most effective and can bring huge returns to the enterprises.As a spiritual investment for employees,training can enhance staffs knowledge and skills,thereby promoting the efficiency and quality of work,and creating greater economic benefits for enterprises.Therefore,the training work has been paid more and more attention by the enterprise managers.A is already a first-scale company,with a high demand for training every year,especially professional training.The company has invested a lot of energy in the field of professional training,but it lacks systematic training and management.It causes the staff to be more professional and ignores the promotion of comprehensive ability.Therefore,this article holds that it is necessary to redesign the company’s training management system.This paper reviews the theoretical basis of enterprise training management,introduces the concept and connotation of training,the main training methods,and the process of training management,including training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training plan implementation,and training effect evaluation.Then,based on the above theoretical investigation and analysis of A company’s business department,the Department found some problems exist in the training work include:training needs analysis,training plan is not comprehensive,unreasonable arrangement of training curriculum design is not scientific,training evaluation level is not deep.This paper argues that improving training management in A business department is the need for sustainable development of human resources,the need for enterprises to participate in market competition,and the need for industry to internationalize.In view of the problems existing in the business department training management of A company,this paper designs an improved scheme.First,we analyzed the training needs of A company’s business department,then formulated the training plan of A business department,designed the training course,put forward the training evaluation method,and finally put forward the implementation and guarantee mechanism of training management.It is hoped that through the investigation and analysis in this paper,we can promote the improvement of A company’s business sector training management system,make training results better transformed into productivity and promote sustained,healthy and stable development of enterprises.
