The Application Research Of Agile Method In Risk Management Of Internet Projects

The advent of the Internet era brings a new way of life for us.In the past two decades,the huge wealth was born in the Internet industry,which directly resulted in an exponential growth of the number of the Internet products.However,while we are enjoying the benefits from the Internet products,the problems from the Internet project management follow and should be paid attention to.In the year of 2001,the publication of The Agile Manifesto introduced a new method into the project management area.The Agile Principle matches the Internet products' key logic,that is user-friendly and quick-responded.Therefore,the Internet startups started to apply the Agile Project Management Theory into the daily proj ect management.This paper focuses on Internet project risk management,while divide the risk of the Internet into requirements,process,technology,and market external four categories,According to the core theory of agile methods-the Agile Manifesto and Agile Principles,this paper analyze the advantages and disadvantages of agile methods in the project risk management of the Internet projects,and find the methods with based on agile management to deal with the Internet the implementation of the four categories of risk,finally combining with the actual Internet project cases to prove that agile method was verified in the Internet effectiveness of risk management and give some advices to improve the method.
