Manufacturing plays an increasingly important role in economic and social development.Affected by the financial crisis,many developed countries with service industries as mainstream industries have implemented the “Manufacturing and Regression”strategic plan.Innovation is the most powerful weapon to promote economic and social development.Relying on technological innovation to replace the input of elements and resources has become a new way for developed countries to improve economic and social development.In order to deeply analyze the internal structure and mechanism of innovation and economic and social development,the research on innovation-driven development mainly includes the following contents:First,with reference to the existing research on innovation-driven development factors,the four types of factors affecting innovation development are summarized: innovation environment,innovation input,innovation output and innovation effectiveness,and an in-depth analysis of the indicator system that affects innovation factors.The mechanism and logical structure of the four types of innovation elements in the innovation system are further studied.Secondly,the mechanism of the innovation factor index in the innovation system is comprehensively studied.And select the representative quantifiable indicators,and briefly analyze the specific development of Chongqing's manufacturing industry.Using the innovation index compilation method,the innovation index of Chongqing manufacturing industry was calculated,and the results showed that the innovation environment index was the highest.Then,based on the results of the innovation index,the decision-making table of Chongqing's manufacturing innovation development is established.Based on the attribute reduction analysis in the fuzzy rough set theory,the innovation elements are sorted.The results show that in the innovation system,the most influential factors for innovation are innovation input and innovation output.Finally,research on innovation performance evaluation,based on the specific development of Chongqing's manufacturing industry,select appropriate indicators for innovation efficiency analysis.Using Cobb-Douglas production function to analyze the development mode of Chongqing's manufacturing industry,the results show that Chongqing's manufacturing industry relies on resource input to drive development space isnot big,and urgently need to transform and use innovation to drive development.Using the DEA-CCR model to analyze the innovation efficiency of Chongqing's manufacturing industry in recent years,the results show that the role of innovation and development is emerging,and the later innovation effects will continue to increase.Using DEA-BCC evaluation model to compare and analyze the technological innovation efficiency of Chongqing and the developed cities in the southeast coast,the results show that Chongqing's manufacturing technology innovation efficiency is still significantly different from that of China's most developed cities such as “Beijing?Shanghai?Guangzhou?Shenzhen”.Adjust the innovation model,rationally allocate resources,improve the efficiency of technological innovation,and narrow the gap with developed cities.
