In the current era of ever-increasing levels of science and technology,the improvement of people's living standards and the increasingly strong civic awareness have made taxpayers pay more attention to the convenience and serviceability of tax-related transactions.Nowadays,domestic taxation at all levels has paid more attention to the needs of taxpayers,and has proposed new tax service concepts based on their reasonable needs and satisfaction as the standard.Today's era is the era of "big data" and "cloud computing".The emergence of these technologies has affected the various industries and also changed our lives.The work related to tax payment services has also been affected by it,and we have been increasingly close to the informatization of taxation services.And achieved good construction results.However,the concept and mode of traditional tax payment services still exist in the process of tax collection and management,and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of continuously updated taxpayers.How to use the "Internet+taxation" technology to innovate and upgrade the taxation service work of the tax authorities in China Tax workers face a difficult problem.This article first analyzes the background of the "Internet+taxation" and describes the significance of innovation in tax service work with this technology,from the establishment of concepts,the integration of resources,the tax service and the concept of "Internet+" and their interactions.Intensive discussions were conducted in all aspects.Taking the Tianjin Local Taxation Bureau as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of taxpayers with 2300 taxpayers within the jurisdiction of 22 grass-roots bureaus and directly-affiliated offices in Tianjin to find out the problems and make decisions.The articles contain a total of The five main parts are as follows:First,the background and significance of the article are elaborated.The relevant literature on tax service at home and abroad is comprehensively collected and sorted out.The CATI method is used to investigate the satisfaction of 2,300 taxpayers.The status of the questionnaires analyzed current problems from the aspects of service mechanisms,platform construction,taxpayer rights and interests protection,and supervision and evaluation.The author summarizes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for further optimization and improvement of the current tax service with the help of"Internet+",namely,to put forward optimization and improvement suggestions from the aspects of optimizing the taxation experience,optimizing the collection and utilization of information,and strengthening the protection of rights and interests,and propose the development of mobile taxation.The conception of the terminal will ultimately increase taxpayer satisfaction and enhance internal administrative effectiveness.
