Today,with the tide of economic globalization sweeping across the world,multinational corporations and joint ventures are developing rapidly.The number of Sino-foreign joint ventures is increasing,and cross-cultural management issues are gradually being valued.Based on the research results of cross-cultural management,this paper analyzes the cultural characteristics of China-Poland enterprises,finds out the cultural differences and cultural conflicts of China-Poland enterprises,and concludes the investigation of Polish HRC companies.Effective cross-cultural management measures and ways to achieve reference,and provide reference for more cross-cultural management of China-Poland joint ventures and other Sino-foreign joint ventures.This paper takes the cross-cultural management of Polish HRC company as the research object.The company was established in 1995 as a family-owned company engaged in international trade in recycling resources.The company established a sales company in China in 2007.Through two and a half years of international work and research in the company,the author found that the company's main problems are:cross-cultural strategy inaccurate,cross-cultural management rigid and cross-cultural team inefficiency.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the above problems,establish a suitable cross-cultural corporate culture and the corresponding cross-cultural management system and the establishment of cross-cultural teams.The paper concludes that HRC's original management methods must be organically integrated with Chinese traditional culture,establish a cross-cultural business philosophy suitable for the Chinese market,establish its own corporate culture,and form an intercultural team.Only this way,HRC companies It is possible to succeed in business in China.
