Diet,for ordinary people,what seems to be a common thing is more than a day.In the past,people didn't want to eat anything.Nowadays,people are worried about what they can eat.With the rapid development of the information age,the frequent food safety problems have caused consumers to lose confidence in the health of their diet.The catering service is at the end of the food link,which is the closest to the consumer.The catering service food safety issue is the object that the government department should pay close attention to and focus on supervision.In the Yu'an District of Lu'an City where the author works,the general public loves the food culture.The catering industry is booming in Lu'an.Even if there are a certain number of food and beverage outlets in some commercial streets,it will turn into a magical thing and make it clear in the past.A street that is on the verge of closure is back to life.However,various types of food safety problems have frequently appeared this year,and the catering service has not been preserved.For example,the use of waste oil,food materials,sensory,and processing are still used,and the microbial indicators of disposable meals are seriously exceeded.There are many concerns about the issue of food safety supervision.Up to now,the reform of the large-scale system of government agencies has created a new situation in various regulatory fields.This is an opportunity and a challenge.How can we effectively improve the food safety supervision level of catering services and give the people a safe and satisfying diet environment?The problems facing the government departments of Yu'an District are also difficult.Although domestic and international research on food safety supervision is very rich,there are few research results in the field of catering services.Through the study of relevant theoretical research on food safety supervision at home and abroad,the author uses information asymmetry theory,large-scale supervision theory and government failure theory to analyze the food safety supervision,especially the food safety supervision of food service in developed countries and parts of China.In terms of advanced experience,the company has deeply analyzed the market operation status of the current catering service industry in Yu'an District of Lu'an City and the deficiencies in the catering service supervision.The pharmacy service practitioners are not aware of the subj ect,the testing standards are not systematic,and the market is not systematic.After conflicting with the concept of food safety in the supervision concept,I summarized the author's work experience in market supervision for several years,and proposed to strengthen the government-led supervision system,strengthen the first sense of responsibility of the catering staff,and focus on building the whole The countermeasures and suggestions for the food safety management system of the catering service involved in the whole process.I hope that the research in this paper can provide some help to the catering service supervision in Yu'an District of Lu'an City,and provide some valuable references for the food safety regulatory authorities in the region.
