The concepts of "use and satisfaction",especially the extended concepts of "seeking satisfaction" and "satisfying reality",are more appropriate for the analysis of the interaction between users and content,as well as the practical functions,communication methods and social and cultural impacts of knowledge payment as a new form of media.At the same time,because the research object itself belongs to the field of education,this paper also quotes some theories of pedagogy,educational psychology and sociology.In the second research method,this paper mainly uses survey method,quantitative analysis,etc.to collect samples in the form of questionnaires,and infer user preferences through weighted analysis.The first part starts with the concepts of knowledge,knowledge sharing and knowledge payment,and analyses the possibility and rationality of knowledge payment.In the second part,the content categories of knowledge payments are analyzed briefly,and target the content type of Workplace Management,which contains the largest number of paying users for knowledge,to analyze the content distribution of this category in details.The main user scenarios and habits of knowledge payment content are analyzed quantitatively through the feedback results of the online questionnaire.In the third part,through the gap between users' satisfaction seeking and achieving satisfaction,the existing problems of knowledge payment industry are analyzed.The fourth part goes further,and puts forward suggestions on the future development path of knowledge payment in terms of user status,content quality and cultural functions.The innovation of this paper is to use the way of combining quantitative and qualitative research to examine the satisfaction of knowledge payment content.The viewpoint is original.The drawback is that due to the limitation of resource channels,people in the knowledge payment industry can not be contacted,which makes the research lack of observation from the producer's point of view.
