Business Models Design And Cost-benefit Analysis Of Regional Integrated Energy Services

Integrated energy system is of great significance to improve social energy efficiency,promote the large-scale absorption of renewable energy and energy cascade utilization.The concept of integrated energy system breaks through the barriers of technology,market and management of traditional energy system,and carries out unified planning and dispatching of various energy sources such as electricity,gas,heat and cold,so as to realize the complementarity and coordination and optimization of multiple energy sources.Integrated energy system will become the main form of future energy system.However,China’s integrated energy services started relatively late,and the business model of integrated energy services and the level of economic benefits of integrated energy are still in the exploration and imagination stage.Based on this,this paper focuses on the design of regional integrated energy services business model and cost-benefit analysis to carry out the following research:On the one hand,the development potential of integrated energy service is analyzed.On this basis,the design of integrated energy service business model is carried out from three dimensions of target customer selection and development strategy,service content and profit model.On the other hand,it combs the investment cost and operation cost of each energy subsystem in the integrated energy system,and clarifies the benefits of energy supply,ancillary services and value-added services.This paper puts forward the mode of investment and operation of integrated energy system by the main body of integrated energy service,combines cost and income items,considers the time value of funds,and constructs a tool for estimating the economic benefits of integrated energy service.Finally,based on the actual data of the integrated energy system,case studies are carried out to analyze the economy,sensitivity and profit margin,and based on the analysis conclusions,strategies and suggestions for the investment and operation of the integrated energy system are put forward.
