Research On Optimization Of H Company Supply Chain Process

Under the background of the gradual integration of global economic development,the industrial structure of each country has been continuously adjusted and the economic development model has been continuously transformed.The competitive situation between enterprises has become more diversified.To achieve development,enterprises must establish the concept of strategic cooperation.Downstream enterprises form a close link relationship.The idea of supply chain management has been valued by the government,enterprises and society.The method of supply chain process optimization has become the main means to improve the operation level of enterprises.H company has not formed a complete supply chain management system at present,and the various processes have not been standardized and standardized.The existing supply chain process cannot meet the rapidly developing market demand,so it is in urgent need to optimize the supply chain process.In this paper,with the help of SCOR model and H company's current supply chain process status,the research on H company supply chain process optimization is realized.First,according to the SCOR model diagnosis method,in the five aspects of planning,procurement,production,sales,and return,the responsiveness,agility,flexibility and other indicators in H's existing supply chain process are measured.After comparing the standards,the existing problems of the H company's planning,procurement,production,and distribution processes are obtained.Second,for the existing problems of the H company,the supply chain of H is supplied from the top,configuration,and process elements.The process is optimized and improved,the unnecessary operation process is reduced,the supply chain operation efficiency is increased,and the supply chain process is optimized.Thirdly,the simulation of the supply chain process before and after optimization is performed through FlexSim simulation,and the optimization efficiency of the supply chain process is obtained.Verify that the optimized supply chain process plan is real and effective.Fourth,combine the current situation of H company and the optimized supply chain process to propose corresponding safeguard measures in four aspects: system,technology,talents and organization.Advance H company's supply chain process optimization.
