The competition of the edible oil market is more and more intense.The old edible oil enterprises continue to expand the scale of production,increase the new product variety and product mix,and update the more efficient production line technology.The output is increasing year by year.The market has continued into the new edible oil production enterprises,the emergence of a new variety of edible oil brand,leading to the market gradually saturated,and even the emergence of a surplus,in the edible oil market increasingly fierce competition today,enterprises want to occupy a space for one person in the market and obtain the corresponding success must rely on excellent the quality of the products and effective enterprise management and scientific management decision-making to achieve.In order to make the enterprise occupy more market share,make the product of the company more competitive,and to realize the more efficient management and the scientific and rational evaluation of the group 's sub project and branch,and to carry on the scientific and reasonable evaluation to its operation situation,based on the research results and innovation methods of the predecessors,this article is based on the actual production of the enterprise.The data and the operation of the project,select 6 operating indexes,such as total investment rate of investment,operating cost ratio,warehouse utilization ratio,employee training rate,stock turnover rate,business growth rate and so on,and establish an index system which is adapted to grey fuzzy analysis method,and then use grey fuzzy score.Analysis and performance evaluation of the 12 Project Department of Lu Hua group,from the correlation coefficient and the final evaluation result,the results of the 12 project departments in 6 operating indexes are analyzed,which reflect the index of the 12 project departments and the change of the data envelopment analysis.In the direction,such as reasonable investment,increase the utilization of resources,improve efficiency,achieve the maximum output,strengthen the guidance of the group policy,push forward the transformation of the project management reform process and improve the internal management mechanism.The grey fuzzy analysis method used in this paper is better for the managers of the enterprise to show the specific performance of the project department under different indexes,and the gap of each item under the correlation coefficient.It is for scientific support.
