Evaluation And Comparative Study On The Production Capacity Of National Complex Products

Complex products are an important cornerstone of the development of the national economy and an important force driving technological innovation in the manufacturing industry.With the globalization of the economy and the deepening of China's socialist market economy,China's complex products have developed rapidly and the degree of internationalization has also deepened.At the same time,however,many issues such as low production levels are not overlooked.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to study the production capacity of various types of products in China and compare them with the level of advanced countries,so as to solve the problem of insufficient capacity of producing complex products in China from the root.In this context,this paper discusses the starting point of the theory and method involved in the production capacity of complex products.Based on the key factors of the production capacity of complex products,the measurement and evaluation index of the production capacity ofcomplex products is established.system.Secondly,taking the IPO(input-process-output)paradigm as the theoretical model,selecting scientific research input and human input as input indicators respectively;taking economic,technological,environmental and market as supporting conditions indicators;with customized management,modular management and integration Management and service management are process management indicators;with innovation performance and economic performance as output indicators,the production capacity of China's shipbuilding industry is analyzed around the established complex product production capacity evaluation index system.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other research methods,through the collection of relevant data of the shipbuilding industry of China,Japan and Korea,the quantitative comparison of the production capacity of the country's complex products has been carried out,revealing the production capacity of complex products in China and the world.The gap between manufacturing powers.In order to shorten the gap between production capacity and other countries,China must take corresponding countermeasures in the following aspects: such as increasing foreign trade,enhancing technological innovation and improving policies and laws and regulations,and attaching importance to process management.Based on the previous studies,this research based on the IPOparadigm to build a national complex product production capacity evaluation index system,provides a relatively new research horizon,enriching the research content of complex product production capacity.According to the countermeasures and suggestions put forward by the comparison evaluation results with the bench marking countries,there is a large practical reference value.
