Research On The Development Strategy Of Nanjing Makerspace

Under the background that "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" support China's economic transformation,mass entrepreneurship space,as a new type of entrepreneurship service platform with low cost,convenience,all elements and openness,has played an important role in stimulating social innovation and entrepreneurship and solving public employment.In recent years,the government introduced gradually under the stimulus of all favorable policies,the space opens the path of rapid development,to better achieve national development of the "original intention and purpose of the space,positive thinking and discuss ways to promote the benign development and space is necessary.This paper takes the development of mass entrepreneurship space in nanjing city as the research subject,and takes the theoretical perspective of public governance as the starting point.From the current situation of nanjing the maker space development and management,the problems existing in the management,such as lack of scientific development concept,management system led to savage growth,extensive development model,the lack of perfect innovation environment,this paper expounds in detail the problem such as public service does not reach the designated position,and reveal the concept of the main reason is that the government,rule of law on the basis of incomplete,inadequate governance body of a single,each partition subject participation,failed to form effective work.On this basis,draw lessons from New York,shenzhen,hangzhou,Shanghai and other cities at home and abroad and the space management experience,to study its development concept,the establishment of laws and regulations and implementation,the government pay attention to their own border relationship with the social market,fully mobilize social resources,to build the omni-directional service platform,give play to the role of social organizations,attach importance to the cultivation of the talent team construction and experience.Finally according to the development road of the gen space put forward some Suggestions: first,the innovation development idea,realize the transformation of governance,the government set up the scientific outlook on development,management thoughts from management to service.Second,we should build a pluralistic body,define the functional boundary,build a pluralistic co-governance body with market leading,government guiding and social organization supporting,and define the functional boundary between each body.Third,improve management means,highlight accurate governance,and contribute to record management,performance evaluation,supervision,incentive and other aspects.Fourth,set up the platform,promote the interconnectivity,space for the gen set up perfect service platform,communication platform,financing platform,the industrial chain platform,promote the interconnectivity of resources.Fifthly,introduce entrepreneurial talents,cultivate innovative culture,strengthen the introduction and cultivation of entrepreneurial talents,and cultivate the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship of social citizens.It is hoped that this will ensure the healthy development of the maker space in nanjing,drive the innovation and development,promote the development of national economy and improve the public management level of the government.
