In recent years,under the condition that the development of state-owned enterprises is restricted by the system,the development of city firms in our country is unique and extremely prosperous.To a certain extent,the key to the future development of China's banking structure lies in the competition and development of small and medium-sized city firms.And the management of the commercial bank to its own performance is the key factor that affects its competitiveness,because,the commercial bank only makes good management to its own performance,it is possible to improve its own operational efficiency,thus enhancing its own strength.Therefore,on the basis of the long-term management objectives of the bank,the adoption of appropriate performance appraisal policies and reasonable implementation,not only conducive to the quantitative decision-making model of our city business and the real performance of departments or personnel,the development of a reasonable incentive system,tapping into the potential of various departments and enhancing the competitiveness of banks.Performance appraisal system is an important part of the modern commercial bank governance structure.How to attract and retain high quality talents in the fierce competition for talents has become the focus of domestic banks.Based on the incentive theory,this paper studies the current performance appraisal mechanism of B bank,reveals the deficiencies in the performance appraisal system and implementation of B bank.First of all,this paper analyzes the status quo of B bank performance appraisal system and its implementation by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and finds that there are some problems such as imbalance of B bank indexes,inconformity of appraisal cycle,inattention to appraisal results and lack of competition among banks.On this basis,this paper discusses the optimal design scheme of B bank performance appraisal system,puts forward the basic idea and the goal,finally through perfecting the appraisal index,updating and perfecting the appraisal process,strengthening the appraisal result guidance and so on to set up and implement a hybrid performance appraisal structure strategy.Finally,the paper expounds the safeguard measures of implementing B bank performance appraisal system.Through the improvement and reconstruction of bank B's current performance appraisal,this paper makes the employee realize the bank.We will work hard to achieve a "win-win" between banks and employees,promote the efficiency and competitiveness of banks,and achieve the effective and steady development of B bank.
